After last update it stopped sending push notifications when it detected/blocked threat. Also Cujo device blocks the cellphone which is already running (in the background) this Cujo app on it, that should allow rather. Please fix those.

This product has saved my a**!!!! Once I got it, my iPhone finally stopped showing the "iBoot" (or whatever it's called) that essentially means I don't have sole control of my own phone as it's gotten hacked. I couldn't fix it to save my life, even after replacements and factory resets. But Cujo somehow blocked whatever was going on, and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!! They actually care!! It's so cool to get to tell other tech-savvy people about it, as it's so new that it's relatively unheard of, and those guys look through the info and all of them are like, "Whoa." One thing that I wish worked better is disconnecting a device from the internet. It doesn't seem to have any effect when looking at the "last seen" ip info. It'll still show the current time even when it's supposed to be offline. But I just need to ask the guys about it - they're always ready to help!!!

Awesome product. It works as advertised. I just wish the App got more frequent bug fixes. Current version doesn't allow you to hide or delete devices. I no longer get push notifications. Editing DHCP options causes the app to force close.

How do you setup port forwarding on this thing? Despite the security improvements. This thing is causing all kinds of problems on my network. I have servers that I need to reach from the outside. EDIT: New port forwarding only works in DHCP mode. But I'm using bridge mode. So removed from the network again. CUJO pretty much breaks any home automation solution. I won't install it again until there is a way to tell it to allow packets not known to be malicious, or from a certain IP or range of IPs, instead of blocking everything.

After some initial problems today required some intervention by their development team, my Cujo, and my network devices, are working great. With Cyber criminals only getting more and more inventive, you are fooling yourself if you don't think you need an intrusion preventiondetection system on your home network.

It seems to work, the new update made the device very infuriating. Constant mobile threats and botnet attacks when literally nothing changed in my network prior to update. Also the port forwarding gave my network terrible connection issues. Isn't it supposed to OPEN ports not block them? I understand the security aspect, but this needs to be fixed and tested before its just released to the public. I do like the sense of security on my network with Cujo, but honestly since I've had it, it makes smart home connection very difficult. Some things like Logitech Harmony won't allow a direct connection to the network since installing Cujo. Accessing Plex ouside my network is impossible among other issues that I won't include unless Cujo contacts me. This item seems to be less for a smart home and more for a small business owner looking to protect his valuable information.

Cujo is one of those "No Brainer" things, without it, you better watch your backside if you are going to hang it out in the wind...

Just seems like Cujo should be able to do more. Also no way to unhide devices that have been hidden.

First off, having an IPDS in a home is normally unheard of; major respect for the Devs behind this product. Does it work? Yes! I absolutely love Cujo. While the app has a little ways to go, it doesn't effect the performance of protection. I'll be working on spreading the word about Cujo, for sure.

does a great job for a small device of blocking network threats that would be undetected. I have about 50+ network devices "family, friends phones, smart things, streaming devices, laptop and computers" more and more we increase the amount of devices connected to the Internet but don't consider how we protect it. this is one way to go.

Product was easy to set up and get started also customer support is top notch. As soon as my COJU came online they saw it and reached out with in mins of set up because the noticed I didn't configure it correctly 5-10 mins on the the phone with support them calling me got everything configured right. Definitely recommending this product to everyone I know. You have a firewall on your computer why not a firewall on your network, first line of defense.

Now that I finally have a new unit, I called for cujo help, took hours to set up and change ip addresses but finally I'm done and what a nightmare from hell. Not exactly sure what the unit is suppose to do so I can't say if it is doing it's job or not. Customer service says all is good but no Cujo confirmation on what it's doing.

Easy to setup. It does not recognize some devices and hope they update that. It is a basically set it up and forget it device. So as long as it keeps the devices protected, seems like a very worthwhile investment. The subscription registration needs work. I have two codes to use. It only allowed me to input one for my setup. So I have to store this other one for a year to use. Seems they need a web interface, it would make sense to manage your account versus just the app.

This little guy is super powerful, and very effectively blocks hack attempts, malware, and viruses from getting into your system. One of the best things you can buy to help protect all of your wired/wireless devices in your home.

I ordered CUJO from the Indigogo campaign, and have had my unit for about a week now. The unit itself is very easy to set up, and I assume it is protecting my network, but there isn't an easy way to test that. The app however is terrible. The first problem is its the only way to control the device, no web interface. Second the auto device recognition doesn't work. I have a half dozen devices that "will be identified in 48 hours" according to the app and it's been a week. I'd go on but I'm out of space.

They use Twilio for registration which doesn't work with Google voice. Once you have it up and running it's nice. It's hard to test though :(

Have had this device and app for a few days ow. Like the functionality. No reports on "bad apples" yet so I can tell WHT the would be like. Main view could use some changes to display more I fo so that devices can be more easily filtered and I've tidied. If I want to k ow the ip of a device I have to open up the record. I CA order the list by ip but why can't I see the ip in the list?

Easy setup, very personable technical support, with so many devices in most homes its hard to keep track of whats going in and out. Does what your router and AV software can't.
