Fixed problem

This app worked great for me not more than 48 hours ago and now it says there's a log in error. When I tried to log in using my computer, it said that I had more than 3 failed login attempts and that my account was locked. I'm uninstalling the app because it's messing up my account. I used to love it, now I hate it.

It used to work fine and was very convient. Lately it has rarely worked and wont log me in. It says there is a "login error" and to "try again later" I dont have time for this. Get it together. None of my other banking apps have this issue and work everytime.

Itd be nice if it worked. Can we get an update so i can actually login in and stop having to call to get my account unlocked that'd be great

Check deposit all of a sudden can't read checks. Have deposited dozens of checks with it before. Whatever your last update fixed, broke the mobile deposit. After latest update on 9-27-2016 it seems as though they got mobile deposit fixed. Yea.

There's only one problem. I wanna clear my purchase history, but I don't know how. Someone help me please.

it works. the widget looks awful though, had to bury that somewhere deep to not mess up my awesome display and wallpaper.

Login works easy-peasy for me. Read instructions for 1st time access - just hope it's secure :)

My favorite bank app

Every week your app tell me my login has failed and it won't work for hours even though my password is correct.

For some reason this app looks old on both iOS and Android. Granted it looks better on Android due to it not looking low rez here but still time to bring the old app developers back.

for months now it keeps giving me the pop up "login error occurred please try again later" even when I KNOW I'm using the correct username and password. it sucks because I really loved the app and it was super helpful then out of the blue I just couldn't log in

I have tried on and off again for about 2 months to download this app. I keep getting the error code -505 and after calling tech support, nothing has helped. I love this app so much that without it, my life is much more inconvenient. I have spoken with other Samsung S5 users that are members and they too have had the same download struggle. Please help.

It was awesome until it stopped letting me log in. Now I have to use an actual computer. Totally disappointed.

What's weird about this app is I will be sitting in front of my Mac and browsing the web, and something will make me think, "How much do I have in my account" and I will reach in my pocket and grab my phone and find out what I have via the app. Its good.

It worked great for a while now it says invalid login and the bank says everything is good on there end so this app has crapped out!!

I live a ways away from either branch and got this app for the check deposit. Too bad it doesnt work. Printed and handwritten check are always being rejected saying "the amount entered does not match the amount detected" I could understand if it were blurry pictures, or bad handwriting - but crisp pictures of printed checks? All other features seem to work well, but im in it to save myself the 45 minute drive to the bank.

It's great to check balance and transfer but I can't focus my camera when depositing a check on the HTC one m8. SAD needs a focus button separate from capturing the photo

Used to love this app but recently the mobile deposit stopped working. The camera won't focus! What's going on? I've tried trouble shooting the camera and it seemed to work fine but with the app it like skips the focus step. Any ideas what's going on? Using HTC One M8. The app still works on my wife's HTC One (the older model).

I used to love this app, it worked great on all my previous phone's. Now with the g2 and the recent update it won't let me login anymore :( I'm very upset...

Works very well, has many great features like check deposit from phone.

Simple intuitive app, fairly functional, decent GUI. When it's functional, it's great. But a little buggy & occasionally won't allow login.

But not great. Fails to log me in quite a few times. I have to uninstall and then reinstall it.

All of a sudden it won't let me log in.

This is the best feature yet. Thank you. So convenient. Little challenging getting the picture just right, but not bad.
