Not working properly

No dragon, one game, scary voice thats difficult to understand

Needs a setting for speed control The voice says the words so fast they're hardly discernible. Maybe add a record function, so parents or users can record the words themselves, or setting control for the speed of the voice, or options for an alternate voice But I was really impressed with the options thus far that I haven't found with any other spelling test app, paid or free, and all the more impressive because this app Is free, like multiple player profiles, the automatic advancing term/unit/week lists, the ease with which the custom lists can be created Good effort, some tweaks would improve user experience Maybe add additional games or test methods (e.g. missing letters, sort of hangman style, put mixed-up letters in correct order, insert lists into a word search or crossword or a creator to make them, pick the correct word from 3 or 4 choices, etc.)

This app doesnt work. You cannot hear any of the words to know which word to spell.

It is really helping me with my spelling problems. This is exactly what I want.

Hard to hear the words correctly.

At first my daughter was loving this app. But recently it has not worked right. It will tell her she misspelled words when she didn't and it is also repeating the same word when it should be going to the next word.

Not bad for free. I wish there were more games. Wish I could password protect the list, 7 year-old figured out how to edit it the second time he used the app. I found the grade level a bit confusing at first. Set up his first test & accidentally left it as Kindergarten. He wasn't too happy about that. Maybe you could make a simplified version with less options? It's cool that you can get your list from Spelling City, but I don't know if I will ever use that feature. Love the definitions from Wordsmyth. Just figured out that I could change the level for definitions (beginner/intermediate/advanced) LOVE that I don't have to tell it how to pronounce the words. Two other apps I tried require a recording & my microphone records my voice like it's in the next room.

When I first downloaded this app, It wasn't the best with the terrible voice however, when I realised I could record own voice, I was over the moon!

I thought I would enjoy not having to record each word, but the robotic voice sometimes is difficult to understand.

The "next" button that one is supposed to press is missing/invisible on the Nexus 9. App needs to adapt to screen geometry better!

Doesn't say words therefore useless. Volume is up. I heart sounds effect but no voice or words. I keep playing it.. Nothing.

Would mark correct words as being incorrect!

Only grip is that hangman has gone after one use. I found it to be very beneficial for Mr 7 to practice

loads of kids love it! it is a great app for kids learning to spell! I love the hang robot music and the UI! what are the rest of the people reviewing talking about this app IS awesome!

I was unimpressed with the pronunciation of some of the words and the computer sounding voice. Also, it was just a test. There was nothing to really help teach or review the spelling.
