The newer version is a bit too modern for me... Too overengineered. Especially buying and seeing bought tickets is kind of strange.

The worst app for transport ever, no details no routes no timing absolutely not suggested and the most sad thing is that is the main app for the transport from Frankfurt!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED

The obvious action to klick on the big blue bar with the price to buy a ticket opens connection information instead. How to guess you should klick on the right arrow (connection information), then scroll several pages down to find the "buy ticket" button?

Hello Team, The app seems to have issues in Android 7.0 When we select the origin, it again gets reset. Can you check?

Best app for travelling using public transport. I loved the new design and the bahncard NFC feature is very helpful

The new version doesn't work anymore, I cannot set the destination, it restarts whenever I try.

Unübersichtlich, unfunktionell, unpraktisch.

Not happy with this new update. Old version was much better. Back key on Android should lead to back page not to home screen. Back key on Connection details leads to home screen loosing all the connections list.. And many more such small inconveniences..

Every time I want to buy a ticket I get an error message (line=3; index=3). The previous version worked fine. The current version is useless!

Same for me here: length=3; index=3 when trying to buy a ticket. So bad, the app is currently unusable.

Click depth has multiplied with new version. I bet that this version was not showed to a single real customer before it was released. In conjunction with the 120 seconds interval in which the ticket is invalid after it is issued people now need to start to buy tickets a long time before they hop on a ride.

Welch grauenvolles Update. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ging zu Lasten von Optik (?) flöten. Das alte Interface war zwar spartanisch, hat aber perfekt allen Anforderungen genügt. Jetzt ist es eine einziges Chaos, eine Verbindung zu suchen. Back to basic bitte.

Nach dem Update leider unbrauchbar da die App bei jeder 2ten Aktion abstürzt und man erst mal mit dem Bus fahren muss um für gegenüber liegenden Bushaltestelle zukommen; früher wurden xMeter zu Fuß angezeigt das sollte auch wieder behoben werden. Dennoch ist das neue Design gut und praktisch umgesetzt.

The update is terrible, it stops functioning regularly, continuously asks for login details and it is not easy to get to already bought tickets. I missed many subways trying to buy a ticket.

What have you done in the new update? The features are too complicated and always shows wrong timing information. Also look and feel of the UI is too bad, looks tad.

Neues Design ist Top. Minus ein Stern wegen ein technisches Fehler: App lässt sich immer bei 3. Versuch öffnen. Aber wenn ich in Tasklist alle Apps lösche ( Clean Ram) dann kann ich die App öffnen. Nach dem Schlissen wieder derselbe. App wird bei 3. Versuch geöffnet. Wenn Sie wollen kann ich Ihnen einen Bericht mit Screencast Video per Email schicken. LG

Update: Nach Update total unbrauchbarer Mist geworden. Feuert bitte euren App Programmierer, der dafür verantwortlich ist. Zeigt verspätung an obwohl keine verspätung. Ist dann natürlich beschissen wenn man deshalb den zug verpasst, weil man sich drauf verlassen hat und etwas später zur haltestelle gegangen ist aufgrund der angezeigten verspätung

New UI is sleek. Could the "buy ticket" button be placed elsewhere? I keep pressing on it when I mean to click "find connection".

This apps usability is getting very very bad with every new update. Im switching back to the mobile website, no point of using this click bait.

Das Design mag nun vielleicht moderner sein, jedoch ist alles jetzt versteckt, aufeinander oder nicht funktionsfähig.

Wo isn die Funktion 'verbindung speichern' hin? Haette die gern wieder, am besten gleich mit der Moeglichkeit offline zu speichern, damit man nicht immer dieses Internet braucht.

Useless at navigation, it's payment and acct mgt systems are ridiculously slow and old fashioned, and RMV refused access to the data Google could have used to fix these problems for free. Pitiful. Don't waste your time.

Not the best interface although its heart is in the right place. Could learn a few usability lessons from the BVG app! Although it's currently quite buggy I was really impressed to see NFC functionality with the eTicket card. I have a feeling that the route finding algorithm needs a bit of tweaking! :)

The only reason to use this is because their website is not mobile friendly. You can't save routes, or get a widget with tram or bus timings that you use daily. No notifications for accidents or delays. But you don't have a choice with any other app, because this company does not seem to share their data with anything else. So you are stuck with this garbage app designed in the 90s. I wish they actually put some thought into making this app.

Cannot access saved connections when offline. When you put a connection into the calendar it spams useless information multiple times, but the neccessary information about the connection can almost not be found. You guys should look at the DB or VRN app, thats how its done.

The last update killed the option to use your location as the starting point. Also a lot of buggy errors when you use addresses instead of bus stops.

It's ok, but compared to the quality of other apps for other cities it is very poor. You used to be able to search by location but this no longer works. Route suggestions are sometimes good, sometimes ridiculous. The designers really need to ask for help from the creators of apps with higher ratings.

Searching a trainstop "in the neighborhood" via GPS doesn't work. / Standortsuche in der Nähe per GPS funzt immer genau einmal, direkt nach der Installation der App im W-lan-Bereich, danach nicht mehr.

Had to manually kill and restart App today in Order to buy new Type of Ticket. Kept telling me i have to update. Had latest Version already.

App says it's too old to purchase tickets and tells me to update, there are no updates on the app store...

For my route I always get the AIR bus for which you must buy extra ticket being a completely other firma, although there are at least several other options
