App is extremely slow, doesn't even cache thumbnails so every time you run the app it will download everything again. It does not show cover thumbnails, just some ugly grey icons.
Update- this app still sucks. If not worse. Now it says error when log in. So i cant even log into my pictures and zenfolios support team only told me to uninstall and reinstall the program. Yeah that didnt help. Spent a lot of money for thesr photoa pretty bummex i cant view them easily. And its not the photograpghers fault. I could this no stars I would. Everytime I load the photos I can't view them. I was told to reinstall the app and that didn't work. Ugh.
I have 344 pictures and it takes 10-15 minutes to load them each time I open the app. The pictures do not stay loaded often turning back to the blank camera. Even after they load the screen will bounce back and forth while trying to scroll through pics. If I try to click a picture to view it larger it takes a minute or longer to load. Very poor app quality.
A long time ago this app used to work.. now it doesn't show clients the pictures?... it always seems to be loading... only showing clouds? How can we get our clients to buy in to the mobile experience under these conditions? Tear it down and try again please. Luv this company but not feeling this app--- phone: Samsung Galaxy 7
So my wedding photographer apparently uses this app so his clients can access their photo albums. The frustration behind using this app is unbelievable. It takes forever to load the images and it doesn't keep the album loading as you scroll. To view a single picture is a whole nother battle by itself and this doesn't depend on internet speed. As I said, the only reason I use it because it offers mobility and I'm able to download.

Whenever I click the link from my photographer, it brings me to the Play Store page for the app, despite the fact that it is already installed,l. If I click Open, it brings me to a blank page where I can view a sample gallery, but I can't load the gallery with my photos. At best it's not intuitive, at worst it just doesn't work. I'm uninstalling.
Much better user experience! App is runs faster and quicker. I'm able to share galleries right from the app again. Would like to see Exif too, but not totally necessary. Galaxy S6
I can finally send links to my customers that use Samsung devices with a little more confidence. After a long wait... the app has been updated so that the thumbnails populate and can be seen in the gallery.
I click on an image to download and it doesn't work. A "!" symbol appears and it says download unsuccessful.
It is not very easy to understand to begin with. I has logged into the demo album and it took me 4 attempts to find my photographers album. My photographer also could not see my selection or login so I had to send it to him.
What on earth is the purpose of this app? I downloaded the app per the suggestion from the lab that processed my film; however all I see are the wedding photos of people I do not know, and I can't find an option to access my photographs.

Photos wont download.. "!" symbol and says download unsuccessful.. tried turning off download only on wifi, still doesnt work.. i have hope tho.. please fix
I lv it as my friends ruby wedding pics were posted and I followed the link. But how can I select wat ones I want to save for my gallery ?
It's a lovely way for clients to show off pictures made by a professional photographer without having to navigate the website first.
This app works so much bet than my previous methods.
Had a few glitches but overall I liked it.
Don't have a use for the app when it won't download or open my pictures
Just updated and still can't download. I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Could be a little more mobile friendly...over all very easy

My fiancé and I tried on both of our phones to get the app to work and it just force closes. They need to stay on top of it to make sure it works for everyone phone and not just hit or miss.......
I am unable to download any pictures from the app onto my phone. It simply says, "download unsuccessful." My settings are set to download on Wi-Fi only.
Won't open the link from my photographer, just a circular path from link to opening in browser, then click to link to open in app, app opens but no pics and no way to get link, and back to beginning. Tried it different ways but no go.
Takes a long time to load pictures and when you hit the back button it goes clear to the begining of your photos.
It won't let me download the photos to my phone. It just says download unsuccessful every time. 0%. NO explanation. Nothing.
Cannot load pictures at all works perfectly for my husband Samsung phone but no my Sony won't even load a sample gallery. Soooo annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!
Does what it's supposed to. I would like if pw for private gallery could be saved.
Easy to share pics with family and friends. Easy to download for own use on the phone or get prints.
Cannot buy photos from the app
After update on March 1st, App seems slower and still doesn't work on Wi-Fi Galaxy s6. Also when trying to share the link to the albums the app crashes everytime. Please fix!
When I send clients the link, it opens the app but didn't link the gallery.
I shoot a lot of equine events - usually between 4000 and 6000 photos per event. My clients have had terrible problems from mobile devices in the past mostly because there isn't an option to download lo res photos... I see them trying to do screen captures... I sent an app invite to the entire equestrian group today to the last set of show galleries I uploaded. I'm sure I'll hear shortly if it's a hit or a miss. For the record, it doesn't work very well for me - slower than molasses!!
Gives me "An unexpected error has occurred..." when trying to create account. Sending link from "share to mobile app" causes app to open in browser, not moments app. I've noticed that all responses so far have been one of three canned responses, even when it was apparent what problem the user was having. I don't think zenfolio is serious about this app. Uninstalling, and will warn my customers away from it.
