Zenfolio

Updated app no longer works for me. All I ever get is an error message saying, "Error while loading sets." App is useless for me now. I'm running it on a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with the latest Android version. Edit: My response to Zenfolio. I have multiple galleries on my site. I can't use the app at all now. After logging in I get the message, "Error while loading sets" so I can't see any of my galleries, groups or collections.

Root folder won't show any of my folders after update. Contacted support and sent screen prints and still no response!

I can't pull up any photographs

With latest update,9th of may 2017, app is finally loading smooth as butter, including building previews for newly added galleries. Still force closes when uploading photos from phone. It was about time, keep up the good work guys.

Not sure why you'd release an upgrade that logs on, but doesn't load our galleries anymore. Same as the others here.

EDIT: i have received an email saying there is an unreleased alpha. Yes i would love to receive the link for this version. UPDATE: I was asked to reconsider my rating. Zeros stars isnt an option. All i want is an app i can show photos to clients on the go. No. This app only loads the first few folders. Tapping one folder can lead me to a completely different one. Bring back 2.1.1 this app is still broken! The 2.1.1 version of this app was AMAZING. It ran PERFECTLY. It only gets progressively worse with each update. Please return to 2.1.1

Mike pretty much summed it up: it's slow. It opens the wrong folder. There is absolutely nothing I can do in terms of editing the site, responding to clients, editing price lists, etc. I can do more by opening up the Zenfolio Web page and logging in on my phone than this app. You need to make an app where we have full control of our sites, not just a list of folders with names.

Zenfolio's website is great but they are lacking mobile capabilities. Adding/moving galleries, editing pages and and a lot of other functions are nonexistent from the mobile web interface. Unfortunately this app doesn't bridge the gap at all. It's very difficult to navigate around your galleries (often opening incorrect galleries and moving to random galleries/photos). There is also no support for editing pages/blog posts and other functions are poorly implemented. I wouldn't recommend this app.

I was hopeful for an app that would allow me to manage my Zenfolio account from my mobile device. This does not deliver. It's painfully slow accessing galleries, even on a fast wi-fi connection. No ability (that I can find) to edit price lists or assign price lists to new galleries. Unable to find information on sales. Uploading photos takes you to a page with every single image on your device...no ability to navigate folders to easily find photos. Come on Zenfolio, I want to like this app.

Doesn't work properly when screen dpi is changed. If I could rate this app even lower I would. Zenfolio tells me to reconsider my review and the new version of the app does absolutely nothing to address the issue in my review. Every other app can figure it out, come on Zenfolio. Clueless!

This app has never worked properly. Whenever there's an update I hope that the issues have been fixed but I'm still waiting... Main issue is that it opens the wrong folder so you're basically scuppered from the start... A pity as I use Zenfolio all the time and would love to be able to manage my folders on the go. But sadly in its current state this app is a complete waste of space.

Unable to navigate folders. Select one and another shows up consistently. Even after backing out, selections continually result in going to wrong album. I expect more from a paid service.

It would be nice to use this app without issues all the time. Never seems to update when I create new galleries. I have to refresh over and over until it happens to load. 2 days and two galleries are still not accessible but folders show for them.

App is useless. While the web access is wonderful the app is lacking. Click a folder and it goes to wrong folder every time. I can't access the folder I want to downlaod an image, show a image to prospective clients, etc. so I haven't tried anything beyond that. This has been happening on my last 3 devices, hoping they will update the app and get thungs worked out.

This is a great and faster way for people to see their photos from their photo shoots. The problem with downloading then is that after downloading the pictures don't show up in any folders. You can only take a screen shot or use a computer to download.

Cannot handle lots of images to upload. Constantly refreshes screen so you lose your place. Other horrible features - and it's been this bad for years.

You would would think this app was written by some guy in his basement and not by one of the largest photo management software companies. My keyboard was blinking on and off when trying to do a search...the wrong gallery was popping up. Amateur hour!!! Actually I take it back...that was insulting to guys writing software in their basement!

This app needs work. Every time I click on one photo album it takes me to a totally different album. It also takes forever for the pictures to load. It's been 4 hrs and my pics STILL won't load on this sorry app. Zenfolio might as well delete this whole app and start over. Why have something if it never works correctly.....

I hadn't used this app for a long time, I decided I should use it for an up coming job and boy was I glad I experienced the horror before I shared anything with clients. Also I could not upload cell phone shots unless they were on the device and not the SD card (which is none) I see now they have another app available. They should shut this one down .people paying $250 a year are not impressed. :((((

Many of the other reviewers have already mentioned all the defects.. The saddest part is that there is no descent response from zenfolio...like we have fired the incompetent that developed this app and are working on the problems..or meaningful

If you have a lot on your site it's almost useless. You can barely browse your groups let alone images. I get that you can take stuff to go, but you can't even navigate half the time.

Loads slowly or not at all. Opens wrong folders. Doesn't fully load all photos. Error messages say check internet connection, but all other apps are fine and connection is great.

It was really awesome in ios as i changed my mobile to android am not able to share anything through the app.

This app is absolute garbage on android! It almost makes me want to stop using zenfolio and find an alternative service.

Links don't work, clicking on a gallery takes me to somewhere completely different, I really need this to work, but it's like all the wires are hooked up wrong.

This app did not work at all. It refused to load a number of my Galleries and offered me nothing in the way of being able to manage any of my work.

Worst app design ever. Slow, buggy and unresponsive. Time to get a new app developer because all your apps are useless.

latest update 2.9.1 supposed to fix crashing but unfortunately now causes it for me.

Terrible application. Using Android system and can't even get into my folders past the opening page.

Seriously guys. Either fix the app or disable it for the time being I can't even use it now when doing presentations to clients because every time I try to open specific gallery I need it ends up opening a different folder. Makes me look very unprofessional in front of clients. Please fix this app.

I've gone through multiple photography website vendors and Zenfolio is the best I've tried. Solid architecture and easy structure, yet powerful enough for all my needs.

Photo galleries do not update to reflect work done on PC.

Upload is buggy, have to delete and reinstall daily to get it to work. Interface nonintuitive (even more so than the website which is saying something )

This is a companion app for the full version of the website program. Allows easy access for matinace of the websire. Uploading pictures etc. creating new galleries and other matinace type of task. Very linited on what it can do

Wow, it's so slow and clunky that you can't open a Subfolder. Been waiting for minutes.

Buggy....search function doesn't work.

Certain apps cause it not to work and have to go and force stop one at a time till it will begin working. Also photos still download to a very difficult to navigate to gallery on android. Let's get this fixed or I may have to look elsewhere to host my website.
