I can't enter my let's information. The STUPID app crashes every time I open the input area. What's the point of asking for information if you can't input it?

Needs to allow Cross referencing by symptoms, most of the time people don't know what the ailment is, they only have symptoms to go by.

Love this app! It has a lot of useful information for both dogs and cats. It also gives information for different sizes or dogs instead of like some apps that just give general information for all dogs. I would recommend that every dog and cat owner have this just in case an emergency comes up. It would be nice if it included more species of animals though. It can help in an emergency but nothing takes the place of proper care and regular vet check ups to ensure that your pet has a long healthy life.

I love that this exists, I feel it's very needed. However, cats and dogs aren't the only animals tha t have emergencies. I'd like to see it expand to include more pets that are equally as common : bunnies, hamsters, rats, birds, snakes, bearded dragons. I feel like having it just for my cat is awkward

Jeremy - in general, you should not be charged for the same app on the same platform (example: Google = all Android devices, App Store= all iOs devices). Be sure that you are signed into the same Google account that you first purchased the app on, and when you go to download that same app, you should just see the “install" option. ***<--- Me, former tech support for a major wireless carrier*** #geek As a pet sitter, this is a great tool.

I can't rate the info this app contains because it doesn't stay open long enough for me to access the information. I'm uninstalling for now. I might try this app again at a later date to see if it's been fixed.

One of the descriptions of this app where is "when it is time to say goodbye." When I installed it and looked at that section, it was only stating what to do after the loss of your pet. With that I uninstalled it.

Seriously, my great pyrenees cut his paw on broken glass very badly and I wouldn't have known what to do if it wasn't for this app. I'm so greatful for whoever created the app! Thank you!
