I love this app. Since I have moved out of state I rely on this app so much works perfect for me. I have not had any problems with it what so ever. Snap check works ever time I have used it along with transfers and sending money to other people. Keep it up CUA I love having you guys as a bank you are and always have been good to me.

Everything works, and it all works well. Not sure why people have given this app bad ratings. They either have phone-specific issues, or have trouble memorizing their own account login info.

This app is great! Only time I have problems is if the online system is down. Has so many useful tools and easy to use!

This app is awesome!!! I can manage and control all of my loans with ease. And I have The ability to monitor my daughter's spending too. And transferring money to their accounts, especially when they're out of town and have an urgent financial need, is just too easy. Thanks CU of America for having me as a member.

It's alright, I get constant messages that it's crashed when first opening the app. Also the promt for the thumbprint scan comes up before I tap "continue" so I have to hit back then continue every time

The online help is a joke. Instead of opening into a seperate browser window, it hijacks the ENTIRE CUA application screen. Why is this such a major issue? IF YOU BROWSE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS DURING AN ONLINE HELP SESSION - YOU LOSE THE HELP SESSION.

Been using this app for years, through several moves, including ones that took me to other states half-way across the country.

Snapcheck deposit is not stable. I have tried to deposit checks on several different devices and 99% of attempts fail.

I love this app, is very convenient I don't have to go to the back every time I want to verify something. Is like having the banck at my house. Thank you so much

I like to have At my finger tips at all times also to look at my daughter's account make sure she doesn't go over

Biometric finger print login is awesome. Snapcheck is great. Wished you had the routing number on the front page of the app like it is on the website
