Very upset with the recent updates done to the app!! I have an android and mine says that it has not been updated since June 5th 2017 but when I called about my mobile deposit problem I am told it was updated June 29th!! Well not according to info on my phone!! It is very frustrating for me because I do not live in Alaska anymore so I can't stop in a branch to make a deposit so I NEED mobile deposit!!! Get it fixed or I will have to close my account I have had for 20 years!!!

Since this last "update" on Tuesday, I've had a big location change notice that won't cancel out or confirm out either....leaving me unable to see my balance, or do the necessary transfers. At the local branch, I was told that MY PHONE now needs an update, all because of this p.o.s. update. How is this helpful to your patrons? It has now made this app obsolete.

The app has been a great tool for several years. But this latest update has rendered it usless. There is a pop up stuck to the top of the page. Nothing makes it go away. Such a shame.

Location change notice will not close blocks all account info until they fix this problem app is useless. PLEASE FIX this problem immediately. Dissatisfied customer since app worked great before the last update.

The newest update as of 6/6/17 is great! The app is way faster than it used to be and performs great! Keep up the updates, I would like to see additional features added such as being able to submit travel notice or other things.

Something happened to where I can't see my balance because of a pop-up that won't confirm or cancel. App is useless if you can't see half the screen and info.

This is great for managing my account. I wish there were more CU1 ATM's in the smaller communities threw out AK

Works great most of the time. There are hiccups every once in a while though.

I love being able to check my balance with ease right from my phone! I also love being able to transfer funds and make payments with this app.

Great App! It's easy to use once you get started. I really enjoy using it. It makes my everyday life a little bit easier. I recommend everybody to download this app.

I looove this app :). They keep it fairly simple and straightforward. It's easy to make transfers between my accounts, check my balances, and they don't show pending transactions in your available balance (which drives me crazy for other places). 5 out of 5

I love this app for mobile deposits, account transfers and checking balances. I don't like that I need to check back in to make sure they deposited without problems though. I got rid of a check and discovered later that it wasn't endorsed properly.

Constantly crashing/not working properly. When it does work, however it is very convenient.

Still a little slow and not as many features as the website, but useful.

This is great app.Specially the user interface.Having said that there is *some* scope for improvement in following 1.Based on my current GPS location it should suggest me nearest ATM location.Currently it embeds an website webpage which user needs to input a zip code. 2.I am not sure whether push in notifications are present.If not that feature should be there from App instead of opting for SMS,s which one has to set from desktop website.When I open the apps it should show all the notifications at my notifications tab with different colors for checking savings and loan accounts as personalized by user. 3.Sometimes it takes time to load dashboards. It can be improved up. I being a developer myself some of the features implemented by the developer should be appreciated​ 1.Dashboard 2.Well organized menus 3.Overall all UI Thanks, Ketan

I got the app when it came out. Been using it ever since. Mobile deposit is a time saver. No standing in line in payday.

Never had any issues. I love that I can deposit my checks from my phone, since I can't always make it to the bank in time.

Has some down periods, but I'd say 80 to 90 percent of the time it works great. Regardless I love CU1.

Remote deposit almost never works!!! Needs fixed!! Tired of getting the error try again screen!!

They make periodic changes to the layout that can be confusing to navigate, but overall it is a simple straightforward and easy to use app
