I'm having the same difficulty others mentioned having with this app. As soon as I attempt to verify my account, the app stops running. Work out this problem and this app will get a better average rating.

I have been a credit union member and Sprint customer for years, however never took advantage of discounts, because I was not sure what to do. This application made it a breeze. I was very surprised.

Yes it actually works and I have saved 10% on my sprint phone bill after going thru with the process that takes about 1-2 billing cycles to make happen. But it happened!

Photo capture won't accept my statement with finger covering account number as instructed.

Got to the last step, then got "LMCU stopped" message. Tried again, same thing happened :(

I downloaded the app,followed the steps and it was simple.

My credit union is not listed Burbank City Credit Federal Credit Union..

Love the app, keep finding new ways to save more money!

I don't usually rate or review apps.. But when an app saves me $125 on my phone bill I feel like it's worth it. I submitted my proof of membership to them (actual finger used to cover sensitive data) and got approved next day. After approval I was sent an email about credits to my cell phone account, $125's worth.. My phone bill was only $5.95 because of all the fees they had credited back to me. It may not have been done by the people behind this app but had I not used this app, I would be paying $130.

Crashes EVERY TIME I open it.

Way to find a loop hole for us Sprint customers! Pretty much useless now that I only get a $1 discount... debating uninstall. .

Was being asked to re-verify for a discount which I could no longer prove when I upgraded. Found out about CU discounts and this app made it so simple to submit! Within a few hours I received confirmation from Sprint and a couple of days later my account was credited for the upgrade fee that I was billed for before I submitted the change. Used a copy of my statement instead of my debit card.

Stops my phone freezes to where I have to remove the battery

Stays on long enough to capture my card image then crashes.

Can't complain about saving money

Have never once had my bank account compromised until I used this app. Used the app provided "black out" feature to clear my account information for my Sprint discount but it is obvious that didn't work. Safe yourself the trouble. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

Downloaded to save a few dollars with my upgraded phone/service plan. Took picture of my card and did the black-out of my account information. No problem there. But when I started exploring my new phone's directories, I found three folders that contained a raw image of my card without the blacked-out areas and my acct info bare-naked for all to see! I have since uninstalled the app, because I don't trust it.

Use every day at work

Can't get it to complete! Ugh!

App worked for me to verify my credit union to Sprint. Only problem is that the debit card has a black strip on the front and can't easily identify my name on it. I hope that doesn't cause any problems.

This app sucks, impossible to set up

Will not download...screen shows its all the way done but will not finish so I can use it.

But took a while to figure out how to upload my card.

They finally fixed the camera issue. Nice.

It amazes me how simple this could be if only the camera part worked. There aren't many apps that have driven me as crazy as this one. DON'T BOTHER.

I was told by the sprint rep to do this for my savings. ..I just bought the S4 3 days ago so I know it's not my phone. This app is the worst I've ever used. I tried everything to get it to focus or at least come close and nope not happening

The application doesn't use my HTC One's auto focus, so all the pictures I try to take are blurry, making the program borderline unusable.

I work for a Sprint preferred retailer. I try to use this application to assist my customers in adding their credit union member discount. The camera will not auto- focus so the picture is unclear. This is a serious problem that needs to be repaired.
