L’àmbit territorial de l'aplicació inclou la totalitat dels municipis de l’Alt Camp, de la Conca de Barberà i del Priorat, els municipis de l'Albiol, l'Aleixar, Alforja, Arbolí, l'Argentera, les Borges del Camp, Botarell, Capafonts, Colldejou, Duesaigües, la Febró, Maspujols, Prades, Pratdip, Riudecanyes, Riudecols, Vilanova d'Escornalbou i Vilaplana, de la comarca del Baix Camp; els municipis de Bonastre, Masllorenç i el Montmell, de la comarca del Baix Penedès; i els municipis de Renau, Salomó, la Secuita i Vespella de Gaià, de la comarca del Tarragonès.
