The ShipCSX mobile application provides customers anywhere/anytime access to updates on the status of their rail shipments from an Android phone. Customers can retrieve up-to-date information about their shipments using Railcar Trace, Train Trace, and Equipment Specifications (UMLER), or send information to CSX using Shipping Instructions, View Inventory, and Plant Switch. XGate module added for streamlining intermodal driver check-in and check-out processing at terminals.

Its ok. I would like to able to see crew information as an employee, as well as accurate mile post within yard limits. Once a train arrives within yard limits, that's the last mile post you see until they get just outside yard limits.

When I ingated, I'm through in seconds. Everything works as advertised. But when it comes time to outgate, let's just say I need to pack a lunch. I have spent upwards to 10 minutes at the kiosk just to have the entire mission cancelled and then I have to go into the office to get copies of my ingate an outgate tickets. I won't be using this app again until the outgate issues are resolved.
