השלתשלות הבקשות והטיפול בהן מחייב שליטה ובקרה על התהליך, וזה בכל תחומי ההתעסקות.

הרעיון הוא למקד את כל התהליכים, משלב הבקשה ועד לסיום הטיפול בה תוך כדי בקרה על עמידה בזמנים המוקצבים לפי אמנת שירות (SLA) והפקת דוחות וסטטיסטיקות למען ייעול ושיפור השירות ללקוח.

המערכת עובדת באתר וגם באפליקציה שנותנת גישה לתושבים ולמפקחים בשטח לשלוח, לעקוב ולהתעדכן באינפורמציה כללית וספציפית על מצבי הפניות תוך שימוש ביכולת המכשיר לשילוב יותר מידע ותקשורת עם התושבים.



תאור התוכנה:



התוכנה מכילה את התכונות הבאות:

· רישום כרטיס לכל תושב או לקוח מזדמן (כולל תיק תושב)

· ניהול מוקד עירוני/רשותי לקבלת כל פנייה מהלקוחות

· קבלת פניות דרך טלפון, אינטרנט, SMARTPHONE או פנימית בתוך המערכת

· ריכוז של כל סוגי הפניות לפי נושא ותת נושא

· לכל תת נושא מוגדר:

o סוג הפניה

o נוהל של אותו תת נושא

o הוראות למוקדן איך לטפל בנושא

o משימות למחלקות הרשות שיש לטפל בהן עם SLA לכל משימה

· תכנון עבודה וסדר יומי לכל המחלקות

· הפקת דוחות וסטטיסטיקות כגון: המשימות לטיפולי, דוח ביצוע לעובד ומידת עמידה בזמנים, דוח פניות לטיפול ועדת ערר או הנחות
