Always shows select entry type but nothing pops out. Please fix the issue.

It has made my reporting simple and easy but facing technical issues. Many a time while sending data it shows connection failed even when you try sending using WiFi. Reset app or do any thing problem is not solved. At times calls were not reported. No response on email from technical team.
