This is really poor app for and unable register... The should must be properly developed before letting people to use....

Have been trying to register since last 24 hours but am unable to do so. It keeps on saying- server is not responding, please try again later. The initiative may be good but the app needs to be better designed.

The app is not working properly.. one of the worst app I have ever seen.. First make the app to work properly then people will think register compalint..

Government needs to have look at it. This app is not upto the mark. It needs to be updated and first resolve the app issues. Then concentrate on ppl issues..

App refuses to sign me in after it has populated the otp field itself from the sms it sent to my mobile

Its a great initiative by the govt, I can easily and conveniently inform the authorities regarding the issues faced in our ward via this app.

I am unable to register my mobile number, no activation code received. While it logged in using my fb account but the info were incorrect even my mobile number and address and when I tried correcting profile it again redirected to the phone registration page and I stucked where I've started from. Please take care.

Application poorly designed. Your complaint mentioned against someone else's. Incorrect info about everything including your supports, likes, complaints. Just building an app for app's sake is stupid. Please try to improve.

Tried several times but didn't get the activation code in my mobile. Its better for the developers to first complete their work and then launch the App. U people are worthless actually...

I made complain vide ticket no201611190001, nothing was done.I re complained still no action.If you go for complain status check it is not functioning.what is the use of this App.complete useless.whatever data you upload always it shows server is not responding.In my complain shows another person's name.complain given before 5 days,shows four hours before some times one day before.better withdraw this App.complete nonsense

This is a very helpful and good app. But few flaws like unable to change and update the location makes ypur complaints invaluable.

In the name of app bmc is cheating people no real problem are solved I had given a complain without solving it it shows solved

When some keep complaining to government , some go beyond finding solution and MCMP is not an exception either.
