Service Request (AMANDA 6)

The application enables citizens to view the information related to their state properties, such as property’s permit or license, permit details, and status of the permit associated with the type of violations reported against the property. It also allows citizens to report property’s violation details online from the field itself.

The AMANDA Service Request application helps citizens to:
• View permit and permit details associated with a property.
• Report violations made against a property.
• Capture violation images.
• View history of all the reported violations.
