I'll rate higher when the e-deposit is fixed. I constantly get "an unexpected error has occurred". I also get the error that it can't read account information or it can't read the signature. My pictures always contain all four corners of the check and they are always clear pictures that are in focus. It usually takes me 15-20 tries just to successfully do an e-deposit.

All the double entries are very confusing

Functionally I think it needs to be optimized. Also, mobile depositing is needed.

Nice improvements! No idea what these complainers are talking about (I see at least 8 people who can't figure out how to place a phone call with their phone), I've been using this a long time and never experienced the random issues they're talking about. Keep up the good work, it's noticed.

I just recently installed this app and it will let me get to various levels before it says system error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. And Dennis Chidester, I DO know how to make a call on my phone and, in fact, can access my account quite readily through my phone browser. So don't insult my intelligence and others who have left negative reviews on here. This app is definitely buggy and needs fixing.

It kinda works, you can transfer and pay bank loans however every time I try and deposit a check with the app it fails.

Newest update makes the app crash before it even opens.

App is awesome. Although sometimes I prefer going to the actual site.

This app isn't consistent with my on the go life style. Constantly messing up and forcing me to find a desktop to fix the problem. Irritating

What happened to the tablet version though

It's takes forever to log in and ask all these questions I have never given answers so it asks again and again gave up on it and Uninstalled it

This app is so bad I hate it never works and ask me random security questions I didn't put down
