Absolutely terrible app. I went to use it this morning turn one of the badges at the gas bar wouldn't open kept saying it couldn't connect. So I ended up using my Mastercard and still didn't turn the badge. The hockey game sucks in terms of Puck not even moving when you flip the screen and then all the sudden going ridiculous. The idea is great if only it would work properly definitely need some work

Tried to use it at several gas bars along the 401 but the cashiers are clueless how to set it up for payment despite the 'cashier help' button... Shouldn't put an app out that not even the franchisees know how to use... Ruins the credibility of the app... That's too bad.

Always tells me system is unavailable after going through the sign in process. I tried calling customer service but they told me nothing was wrong and to try again in 24 hours (which made no difference).

Used to use it on my GS4. LOVED it! Quick, easy information I need in an app. Got a newer phone (Zenfone 3 Zoom) and the app isn't compatible!?!? I use this app daily to ensure charges are correct! Please fix ASAP!

I only use it to check my balances of what I owe and points. Android Pay is superior for contact-less payment. The hockey game should be removed. It only makes the app seem silly.

Garbage. How is one of the largest companies in Canada not able to afford a marketing team to complete a simple app? Call me CT if you need one because yours is aweful

Can't play the hockey game. Just goes to a black screen then freezes my phone. Samsung Galaxy s7. Did the update. Works great!

Useless , tried many times to register using my tablet but it keeps giving me "Invalid request argument" then I managed to use it on my phone eventually to be surprised that it's useless, it doesn't deserve the efforts and the time I wasted with it, it doesn't give live update of the transactions so you have to wait three business days at least to get new update.

Was able to have it on two phones (mine and spouse) now only one of us can use the app. Not convenient!

It's okay but no one at the stores every know how to use the app to pay with. Without that feature I don't see a benefit to use this app.

Can't use the app from 2 different phones using same card/email. You have to Clear data and reset password and everything. Fix this

Couldn't even sign in smh. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times same thing

It sucks. I tried to log in soooo many times. Now, my account is blocked and i have to give them a call to reactivate it. What a waste of time. Based on whats new!! "We've squashed some bugs" i think you squashed the forever. Good job

Used to be great. Began giving a "System unavailable" message about 4 days ago. Did a full reinstall and problem remains. Called the 1-800 number for support. Rep would not assist unless I shared my CC number for him to look at my account. Told him three times it doesn't even allow me to get to a login screen so it is definitely not related to my account. During third time stating this, the phone call was disconnected. Tech suport is needed, not account support. Might try app again once I hear the connectivity with server has been fixed.

It finally works with all CTFS cards. Only having issues with the "Play" feature providing a black screen and freezing the app. Pixel XL with Android 7.1.2 installed. Do NOT use website username like others reviewing. Create a new username. It is not linked with the site, but will pull credit card data after adding a card. It's very easy and very simple.

The app works great. Some reviewers try to login using their user and password that they use on third computers. That won't work, create new ones for the mobile version. The two are not the same.

Usless, says my username is wrong. Went to the CT website and my user logins are totally fine..

Doesn't work at all on my Lenovo Zuk Z2 which uses a 64 bit Snapdragon 820 processor. I wonder if it unsupported for just my phone for all phones that use the same processor?

Will no longer let me open the app. Enter in my pin, and it shows "System Unavailable". Previously worked well.

It won't even let me add my card says system unavailable it in just trying to add the app and wont let me add card system unavailable every time

I like the fast access to have a quick view of my accounts. I also like the fact I can access multiple cards.

Useless app. Says I already have a user name. Went onto the website and user name worked fine. When entered on the app, it too stupid to recognize user name. Waste of time. I will just get rid of CT mastercard and go with another company.

Cashier scanned the bar code, it wouldn't process the payment. Garbage or if it can do a payment of 90 bucks and is only good for like less than 50 bucks it is impractical and basically useless.

I had used this app and loved it. It always provided instant real time information regarding transactions. I always relied on it. I'm disappointed that the app isn't compatible with my new Google Pixel phone. Please address this issue!

I use this alot, for the last two months when looking up transaction history it says system unavailable. Please fix otherwise I have no reason to use this.

Doesn't work. I had problems setting it up the first time, then it stopped working, now I'm getting a "Change device detected" error every time I try to log in

While login in, it say my username is invalid (email) while trying to sign up, it says already taken... Wtf

Just if there options to add Gas Advantage Credit Card that will be good.
