본 서비스는 삼성생명 고객님께서 회원 가입하시고 모바일에 공인인증서를 설치하거나 삼성생명 고객창구에 방문하시어 삼성생명 보안매체(보안카드/OTP)를 발급받으신 후 사용할 수 있습니다.
※ 홈페이지(사이버창구)에서 회원 가입하신 경우 다시 가입하실 필요는 없으며, 업무에 따라 필요한 인증 수단은 다를 수 있습니다.

◈앱 접근권한 안내

「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 및 동법 시행령 개정에 따라 삼성생명 모바일창구에서 사용하는 접근권한에 대하여 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.

[필수적 접근권한]

1. 통화상태 관리, 전화
일반적인 전화의 상태를 읽어오는 프로세스로 네트워크 통신 체크, PUSH 메시지, 다중 로그인 방지, 단말기 지정 서비스 등에서 사용

2. 문자 메시지
보험계약대출 신청 等 본인 확인을 위한 SMS 인증에서 사용

3. 기기 사진, 미디어, 파일 접근
디스크 액세스 권한으로 공인인증서 로그인, 공인인증서 전송(읽기, 복사) 등에서 사용


[선택적 접근권한]

1. 카메라, 사진
사고보험금 청구 또는 음성변환서비스 이용 목적으로 구비서류를 촬영하거나 갤러리에서 이미지를 가져오기 위해 사용

2. 위치 정보
내 위치를 기준으로 인근 삼성생명 지점 안내 시 사용

※ 선택적 접근권한의 경우 허용에 동의하지 않으셔도 앱 사용이 가능하나, 일부 기능 사용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
※ 선택적 접근권한의 동의 또는 철회는 앱스>설정>애플리케이션>삼성생명>권한(안드로이드 6.0 이상), 삼성생명 모바일창구 전체메뉴>고객센터>환경설정(안드로이드 6.0 미만)에서 설정할 수 있습니다. ◈ Use Guide

◈ App Restrictions Guide

According to the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc." and amended Enforcement Decree for the permission to use windows mobile in Samsung Life will guide below.

[Essential restrictions;
