The app is great. But I saw some typos and some names appeared a little too often. *developers look for angel of "benevolance".

This name generator is very fast like a calculator. It's good for me because thinking a name is very exhausting.

M70%
by M####:

This app is simple and to the point, just a name generator but a well crafted one, i noticed only one thing and that is a name from a book series im reading, so if you use this for your own works just double check some names before using them, just in case, but really nice on everything else

Great app for naming characters in fanfics or for naming avatars in video games. Hope there's more updates cause it can only get better!

M70%
by M####:

A clever app that doesn't just generate names but it generates realm/world specific names (i.e. the elvish names for a D&D character is different from an Elvish name from ESO or WoW) It even has names from Earth's mythology and cultures and the names translations (i.e. Kye-ryong is Korean for a "chicken-lizard hybrid")

The name lists are comprehensive and ever-expanding. I have used this app to great effect both in prep and on the fly. The list-making functions could be more finely tuned, but I otherwise find no significant faults.

This app is actually pretty helpful in some cases. As a writer who's biggest weakness is probably coming up with new and unique names, this app helps quite a bit with that. However, I feel there are a few things that could definately make this a whole lot easier for us writers, as well as DMs probably: 1. First off, I noticed a bit of a bug with the editting of generated names; let's say I generate the name "Burning Fox" in "tavern/inn" and I go to my lists to add the female icon to that specific name, it will show that it has been selected, but any time I switch to a different list, the icon disappeares. (Burning Fox is an actual guild in my story that only allows female members, that is why I used this example.) 2. Maybe adding a few more options to the "places" menu, like "guild", "mountains", and pretty much whatever landmark or terrain options, cause I feel only having "forest" for terrain isn't a whole lot, and maybe guild would be similar enough to add with tavern/inn. 3. Maybe there could be more than just characters and places, why not work on also adding things like weapons, armour, artifacts, and other kinds of items. 4. Maybe a sort of custom word input could be effective? Like for example I were to want a town or such to contain a specific word? If users could input custom words for certain things, then there would be many more possible outcomes; and while on the subject of custom words and such, I've run into the problem where I will accidentally tap reroll when I see a specific word or name I like or need, perhaps a restore option could be useful, and possibly also a manual search and select could help for other things. Now other than this stuff, and maybe adding a few new words and options for wider variety of names, the app's really useful, I'm glad I found it.

I wish there was a bit more here than they currently have, but all in all this is the perfect app for roleplayers like me who can't always come up with clever names for their characters.

Awesomesauce Love the different genres and the ability to lock in a first or last name till the perfect one comes up. My games will vastly improve now. Thanks devs!

M70%
by M####:

It's great, but I lost all of my saved names because the garbage can icon deleted all of them, not just the ones you've selected. :/

I was going to complain about the lack of Egyptian names but now I'm complaining because the questioning of your apps features thinks you might sell movie tickets

M70%
by M####:

I really love this app, it gives some great names for D&D and other things that require NPCs and places to be named, I would love some Roman names and maybe some object names like artifacts, magical items, gods, and the ability to add on titles to the names

This app for its overall purposes is quite amazing and just from the short period I've had it, it has become a delight to use.

Absolutely love this app. I personally feel it should be on every phone, even if you would only use it to see some of the funnier names of Algonians. Well done ????????

M70%

It doesn't tell u how to do it everything is all on one list you can't orginize it is frustrating

I'm a fantasy writer and this app is very useful. Hoping for more categories. Thanks for this app.

It really helped me get name's bc I write stories and it's really hard for me to come up with names on my own ... Emily...

C70%
by C####:

This is really solid. I have been able to use these as names for my characters and I really enjoy using it for my NPC's as well.

H70%

Best Name generator on the App market. Nothing remotely as good on iOS or Android.

M70%
by M####:

A good app with a few different options and universes available. A star wars one would be great though.

M70%
by M####:

Great work. Sometimes you need a great name on the fly. This app delivers, and allows you to save your favorites. Plenty on diversity and easy to get a name with great cultural and regional flavor. Good job.

L70%
by L####:

Very well set out. I liked the lock feature for first or surname when rolling the random dice for them. Keep adding universes and this would only be better. Cool UI too.

C70%
by C####:

Simply the best name generator, and I swear I've tried them all.

M70%
by M####:

The hardest part about character (PC & NPC) generation is the naming mechanism. This will save me from using Google/baby name websites

K70%
by K####:

Useful as heck when you are as bad at names as I am. No more "Jimmy the Dwarf" NPCs in my campaign. Now he'll be "Devroc." Names matter to help keep PCs engaged and emersed in the story.

M70%

Needs mor D&D races like Half-Demon and Dragonborn

M70%

As a writer, this is actually very useful for me. Hoping for even more variety soon. Very good.

great app. saved me in some situations

M70%

This is an excellent app. Any fan of the major fantasy labels involved should grab it to help with personal world-building and character development.

E70%

Very well done. Would be better if it had a history you could access without having to save in case you want to go back.

B70%

Does what it says on the tin. Cannot complain.

M70%

I end up cycling through them to find just the right name, but it's definitely super helpful as a DM.

M70%
by M####:

Awesome app for fiction writers of any genre. An abundance of specific character and place names. Most useful aspect is being able to save everything. A few drawbacks are 1) Lack of English/British names since US/English is most certainly NOT British English. 2) Also leaving out other European names is not helpful since most fantasy genre names derive from European Medieval times.

K70%
by K####:

This is a great app for name generation that has loads of character names that are true to the nature of the game or genre you're looking for. The ability to lock first our last names, add to a list easily, and filter exactly what kind of character you're creating is excellent. The only feature it lacks, is you being able to edit details about the name you created, but this app was not designed with CHARACTER creation, so much as it is strictly names.

I70%
by I####:

I think this is a very good app! Although, my one critique would be with the actual names, such as 'Native American', 'Viking' and so on, maybe you could be more careful with where you put certain names, because I noticed some names that fit into somewhat innaccurate catagories. So, though it may be a little difficult, perhaps you could make more catagories and revise the existing ones. For example, I am Welsh, so I would love to see a Welsh catagory. (Also Welsh names are very good for fantasy, because they are so ancient and so on). Thank you for your time and sorry for any inconvenience.

Super useful, I quite like it. However I would like for class to be a factor. Say for instance in D&D, a male barbarian would have a different name than a male sorcerer. Thank you.

M70%
by M####:

This app produces names that don't sound like complete garabage. Has all the various races and other things you could use in a pinch and is by far my favorite name generator.

I70%
by I####:

It's awesome, solved my biggest problem creating characters in any situation. Also the option to save names is very useful since some names doesn't suit what you have in mind at the moment but may come in handy for future creations. A must have for any Skyrim modder.

M70%
by M####:

Great for when you need NPC names in a hurry. Can't count how many times I've used it to quickly find fitting names for characters my party encountered.

M70%

This app is great for quick name gen, super for people like me who take forever coming up with something. Thanks!
