Just wondering what has happened to the premium service? Help would be greatly appreciated. This is amazing and the fastest and easiest decision I have ever made to purchase the full version of any app..EVER! To be honest didn't need to go Pro but it is out of respect for the developers that fully deserve it that I have paid! Amazing...honestly f@ck the rest of the so called VPN apps out there...this is the best there is!

Bring back HideNinja. They say premium is back but I can't find it. Only random servers are ad-free and I cannot find where to log in to connect my Premium Service. Using same phone and number as before. If I click remove ads it wants to send messages to my friends or gives me ads to click on. Still not happy!

Make sure....before you lunch the update please test it. To prevent bad comments and low rating

Works very well. Got my premium features back. Problem... Starts automatically. Maybe some users like this, but I would like the ability to start this at-will.

I purchased premium for HideNinja, so with this forced update I no longer have premium privileges? I do not want to watch ads when I've already paid for the product Update: the latest version is 6.6.11 no fix

I keep coming back to this, hoping something has changed and it really hasn't. Used to be so good as HideNinja! Also won't detect that I had purchased premium (same account, different device).

Since changing to SuperNet, despite the new release saying it will detect if you had Hide Ninja Premium. My devices still have annoying ads and look like they do not detect I had a premium version of Hide Ninja. Shame I used to love this VPN app.

Would be 5 Stars but..... Unfortunately I can't rate it 5 stars at the moment as it took me (and lots of others) rating it 1 star to get our Premium Status reinstated, at the moment it is working well and fast so as long as it stays like that the rating will be moved up. I hope it stays working well as it's always been one of the best VPN services available on android

Ok I got it upgraded fron hideninja after seeing comments that it brings back the premium access. But cannot disable autostart? Still monitoring the situation.

Ok so my "Premium" account was recognized. .now can't connect says no Internet or ISP is blocking?? Happens on Wifi and 4G Really? Wtf

Heres how this app works. It starts good, then they screw it up, then they fix it then they screw it up again, then they fix it. They've done this about 4 times. Let's see if they can stave off any more screw ups

Like me, as seen in reviews,many people have paid for premium ads free services for this app. Now we are all ignored and stuck with an app full of ads. The emails sent to us claiming our premium accounts were restored IS A LIE. Will you restore our ads free accounts or do we have to report this rip off to Google Play Store?

I want HideNinja back - this Supernet version is awful. Bad icon, bad name, less options, less servers - what have you done!???

Update: Broken. Paid for the "Premium" version of this app months ago. I still get the upsell with ads. Had to reinstall and doesn't recognize that I had previously paid for it. This is not the first time this has happened.

Paid for earlier pro version, why should I pay again? Installed again after receiving an email but app doesn't work on lg g4 or oneplus 2. Ads work however.
