Air Drawer - Free

Air Drawer lets you open any application from anywhere. The app drawer float around the top of any window. Just tap the little icon to open the app drawer, and choose your favourite app to be opened. Long press the icon to close Air Drawer. If the icon is hiding your view, then drag it to the left side of the screen and it will shrink it's size and will stay there(Donate Version).
