Crunchyroll News

I enjoy crunchyroll and this app is my first stop for anime news but it's lacking. It's Fairly basic. Which can be good in some respects but it gets old. You can search articles you just have to scroll. You can share them either. Just small things that after awhile get on your nerves. I'll still be using it. I just wish it was better.

This can hardly be called a news app. There is no search option for a start so you have to scroll through hundreds of articles to find anything and without clear sections to divide the articles into this is a tedious task. This app needs serious work to be useful.

It's good to browse cr news but I am missing some important things like landscape mode for tablets, a "read it later/favourite"-button, comments and other tiny stuff. Really hoping for the fav-button though, would bump it to 4-5*, keep up the good work!

I like the look of the app, because it reminds me of the regular Crunchyroll app. Within about 15 minutes I had already read several articles about some of my favorite video games and anime. I even found a couple new animes I am now looking forward to! The only things keeping this from a 5/5 is the lack of Sharing and Searching functionality, which I am sure will be delivered sooner than later. :) Great work development and QA teams! App crashes way too much. Can't open a single topic without it crashing. Fix immediately.

I've just created a link to go to Crunchyroll in Chrome... layout is much nicer. I've compared the app and website and articles are missing on the app.

The layout is ok not great, lacks categories for selection (ex: if i want just news about manga, anime, figurines ignoring all rest ), there's no way to bookmark, save, search, share read later options, there's not a single option to costumize no ui language no theme selection, cache or application behaviors (animation for example ) . The only thing that 'saves' the application is the news are well written.

It should be better if it adds options like "ofline", where you can read a Manga while you're traveling for example. I also recommend to add front pages (color). Furthermore, it'd be awesome if you add classics like naruto, dragon Ball and saint seiya.

Crashes every time I tap on a link, and the thumbnails don't appear.

It's so bare bones and doesnt even off a search... it needs a major overhaul and proper tabs for what's news, and what's just pod casts

Doesn't work on Galaxy Ace. After the logo appears I just gives a black screen then force close.

Nowadays the app is really slow and sometimes it doesn't load at all... Need some fixing at this point.

I like this app but I can't read any of the articles because it keeps closingon my LG Style.

I can't share or get the links to anything which is the biggest thing that bothers me

I would like to be able to find what I'm looking for withought having to scroll for hours. Also could you add categories so you could swap between manga anime and game news. If you adds those features I will given it 5 stars.

After a few scrolls, application will crash and return to main screen. (Recent premium user)

Used to work just fine but now it just loads forever, was there an update? I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app and I still get the loop...what a shame *edit* app works fine now, don't know what happened but I'll give it 5 stars.

Laggy piece of crap, waiting for an update that fixes everything since September 2013

As a suggestion, on the next update is it possible to add landscape option?

Maybe add a menu or a search feature, an option to add to favorites or divide everything in genres

Great little app that does what I want it to but needs a bookmark function.

I think it would be cool to be able to have a search feature and a notification feature where it tells you about something on one of your animes. It could notify you about a new episode or season coming out or something but it should at least have a search feature.

This is an above average application that does what I need it to do. The only MAJOR problem for this app is it's random loading loop every now and then, which honestly I'm surprised the CR team hasn't weeded out yet....

Would like to see comments and also make comments. And maybe a share feature too!

It is a great source of anime news but the graphics suck and you can't search for articles. You can just mindlessly scroll. But it gives me good news and doesn't take up much space so it serves the basic purpose. If You're looking for a high quality anime news app try Tokyo otaku mode mini. That app is fantastic and has the features this app is lacking. I recommend having both for the articles are never on the same thing.

I use it everyday but as a few days ago it only goes to the loading screen and nothing else. I hope they get it working again soon.

This app is great just to look at the news although it's missing some functions but now it won't load at all. Just the loading symbol going on and on :/

The app is really good. I like to be updated and this app does it. Although it would be nice if you guys could add more futures like being able to share the news or being able to comment and see other people's comments. Great app :D

App is stuck on loading loop screen whenever I open it. It use to work fine. Also, developers please add the comment section to the articles.

Its always nice to have easy access to things you use. Although this app feels like its missing something that will make it better.

Only if you could track certain anime that you actually like this app would be alot better
