I have ordered meal here for 12:30 to 1:30 slot. But I didn't get it at time. They are almost 2 hour late. I called on there customer care number also but they didn't even attend my call.

They won't answer your call no matter what happens ...I have ordered on 12pm n its 2.30 not yet delivered ...Dont ever download this app

You never deliver the food when paid online.. That's very cheap

I spent 50 rupeees just to place my order .place ing order was a very very tedious job.but l succeeded n got confirmation.l was happy but after one hour they tell me that order is can celled. Kya Kiya.It was such n embarrassing situation in front of my guest.very bad Cheap customers care zero out of100.ad on the newspaper misleading false promises. liars.

I placed the order and called them twice but still after an hour the response was "mam wait the delivery boy will call" and even then after long waits the order was awaited to be delivered. Worst experince.

I ordered twice and it was miserable both the time. Also the food delivery time is 1hour. Poorly cooked.

The service is good. And it has very reasonable price but you guys are going to deliver food to areas like ajmer road and lal kothi and not coming near iskon temple and saying that its out of range. That's harsh. Might have given 5 starts to it if they add our area too.

The food was good, the delivery was late. The reason for my 3 star rating is the behaviour of your delivery boy. Please do teach them proper manners and the way to talk to customers. Extreamely ill mannered and arrogant behaviour.

I ordered a Paneer Mughlai lunch box #5678 and when called them to know when it is going to be delivered. They said within 20 minutes as the delivery boy has already left with the parcel. After half-hour I called back and they said it will be delivered within 15 minutes as the delivery boy couldn't find the address! This continued for one more hour. Finally I took del. boy's number and called, surprisingly he told that he hasn't got my lunch box with him!! Poor service, not recommended at all.

Worst service. I ordered 6.15 pm. I called 5 times to ask. 5th time I called at 9.25 pm they said their biker met with an accident. And their biker arrived 9.38 pm. He had not met with any accident when I asked him. The sales person lied when they could not deliver on time. A big Shame on you! So we rather preferred not to accept the delivery from such shallow people.

Don't waste your money and time, low quality food and its take almost 3 hours for delivery
