They straight up failed to deliver an order I paid for. They won't respond to texts and they hang up my phone calls. I just wasted $20. Even when other orders did come they took nearly 3 hours, this app deserves no stars.

Great app

This app is awful. My order has been wrong more often that right, cold more often that hot and takes 2 hours to get here on average. There is almost never a time estimate and when there is its wrong. The app never finished loading after an order is placed and there is no way to cancel an order in app. This app may be good somewhere but in Pullman, Wa it is complete garbage

I really love this app and service. Makes life as a college student much easier. Almost every experience I've had with CB has been super great! Only downside being, you guys don't operate over breaks, holidays, or really late at night.

Not in my area

They get my order wrong all the time and food has arrived cold or not at all begore. They are hardly ever open with completely inconsistent hours and the delivery fee is ludicrous. I wish these restaurants would just get on grub hub because Crunchbutton is a waste of time and money.

It is easy to use although i wish they would deliver 24/7. I don't have a car so it is a great way for me to get food when I'm on campus. Use Stacy8739 to get free delivery ($3). Although my driver wasn't very pleasant and was pretty rude, it was overall an okay experience.

They recently started delivering to my school. It wasn't worth it. They took forever and got my order wrong. It's faster and cheaper to just go to the restaurant myself.

They recently started advertising on my campus so I decided to try the app out. Because they are new they had NO drivers so nothing was available.... ever.

Don't advertise Mon-Sun and say you will be open from 6pm-12am. 6pm hits and it says not available until tomorrow! Nowtheydeliver here I come. Bloomington/Normal, IL.

Two hours after my delivery was supposed to arrive, I call them and ask why it wasn't here yet. They had no idea where the driver was. The app is okay but the service is terrible. Don't give them your business.

They use to serve my address now they don't it says limited trial area yet they say they try it and it works for them

This app had nothing in my area, I'm standing next to a flyer for the app that says they deliver here, but apparently not.

I attempted to work for this lousy company and when I got to the area where the restaurants are located near the college I would be delivering to, I never had any messages from crunch button who was supposed to message me with deliveries to go to. When I realized they messed up and something was wrong with their server I went home. After sitting for over 3 hours! This was in Raleigh, NC. I never got reimbursed for my gas and the most I got was a voicemail from the CEO apologizing for inconvenience No order!

They're literally never available to deliver

Spectacular customer service. When my food was going to be late due to heavy order volume, they gave me a discount and credit for my next order. Been ordering from these guys all the time ever since, and delivery is usually way below the delivery estimate.

Food was more expensive than menu price, only got 1 straw for 2 drinks and the food wasn't even warm. It tasted like it had sat for a good 30 min before getting to my house. Terrible app

Their service is just great. Even though i had ordered in bulk i received it on time. The app on the other hand is classy. Has the finest of menus i like. Highly recommended!!

This is great and a good service

They said the waiting period was 45 mins. When the food didn't arrive after an hour we called and they told us that there was no driver in the region so they couldn't send the food. They could have told us that when they first got the order instead of us making us wait for an hour only to find out we're not getting any food.

This is my favorite food app to use in LA. It's super easy to use. and their service is great. If you ever need to update your order after you submit, their customer service is very helpful.
