My race is tomorrow and an important feature, the ability to download my course legs appears to work on IOS but I can't get out to work on my android phone!

The app's data is wrong most of the time and causes a ddos attack on their own servers. Pretty much if you are a hiring manager and anyone tells you that they had any association with this app never hire them. Ragnar has the record for worst used and implementations of technology I have ever seen. I wish I could write a review that explains how bad this app is, but words will never do it justice.

A monkey and a crayon could have made a better map.

My race is 5 days away and the app crashes when I try to look at the course map. You'd think this was something that they would want to share with runners.

Used this for Vegas this past weekend. It's a great app when it works, but there are a few issues. Course changes were not reflected on leg maps, so we sometimes had to guess where the course went and watch for runners in the distance while giving van support. Some legs were shown in reverse so elevation maps were incorrect. The app still crashes frequently. One feature request that would be highly useful: display mile markers on leg maps in the app. It would make it easier to tell runners how far they are.

I have uninstalled this app and reinstalled several times. It wont laod the course map or legs for us Completely useless.

What is is this app if the legs page doesn't load!

PLEASE FIX THIS BEFORE THE RACE TOMORROW! Super frustrating to have an app that basically becomes useless right when you need it. Endless spinning orange circle when you try and view the course. PS - your website isn't working properly either. Only the first 12 great river runs are showing.

They told us to download this in advance to make sure we have stuff before the race starts. Nice theory.

Does not include The Bourbon Chase. If you're going to highlight the downloading of an app after registration for a race, you might want to include that race in the app.

Doesn't work. Period.

Better than the old one, but now with too much of the big graphics. Please give us a stripped down option for when reception is spotty.

App sucks. Always trouble loading pages

I read the other reviews and cringed, but my app experience is fine. I was able to pull up my race and see all the maps I wanted. Galaxy S7, Nougat.

Exciting to see Ragnar taking big steps in updating their technology. Runners will love this just like me

Cardboard signs on construction cones were more resourceful and effective than this app.

Not for Android. Runners who have apple don't seem to have trouble, but on my new android, our race isn't even listed...nothing beyond 2016. Disappointed. ????

Not very intuitive. Does have the if you need once you get familiar with it. Race maps look like they are in about 6 weeks prior to the event. Do have to Uninstall and reinstall to get the newest data. Looking forward to the new app.

It is out of date gave no helpful information. Running in April 3 months from now...training and this app would have been helpful if any race information was up to date.

iOS is fine but Android is awful. Crashes repeatedly on Droid Turbo and then only loads one race. When I finally got my race loaded through multiple uninstall and reinstall cycles, it had no legs even though they exist in iOS. Then, guess what, it crashed again and I couldn't get any races but one to load.

I don't think I have seen an app with this low of ratings. Look at the distribution chart - the 1 ratings ( the lowest rating allowed ) is huge compared to the higher ratings - absolutely huge. If I had written an app that got this kind of feedback I would get it the heck off Google Play until I had fixed it. I tried to load it to use it at the Ragnar Del Sol last weekend. WOULD NOT RUN. INSTANTLY CRASHED EVERY TIME. ALL I EVER SAW WAS AN APOLOGY AND A STATEMENT THAT A CRASH REPORT HAD BEEN SENT TO THE AUTHOR. Apparently he doesn't read his mail. This is a ridiculous app and Ragnar needs to pull it off of Google Play because it is just making them look like idiots.

I suppose it might be a great app, if it didn't crash after opening. And then continue to do nothing but crash.

I had this app on my phone for about 30 seconds before I realized how terrible it is. It still only has information from 2016 as others have commented, and crashed when I tried to click into my race. Uninstalling. Do NOT bother installing this app until they update it (if that ever happens).

Out of date. Says new one coming 2017. Well it is April 2017. Still no new one.

Finally updated for 2017. Has all the maps and directions for runners and drivers once the race starts.

Running the Del Sol on Friday... Is the info going to be populated? Otherwise the hindsight nature doesn't really make it useful except as a historical tool. But at least it's a start.... Update: So the app is better than the website (not a compliment) but it is better. Even though for Colorado Relay (2016), Leg #1 is backwards AND all the elevations are wrong.... The offline mode is about the only good feature of note. Might be better if Ragnar just published the coordinate data and let folks use their own app. I guess it's better than no app.

This app is pointless to the user. Great for ragnar advertising. Can not get information for up coming races. With all the money We pay for these expensive races the quality of the app lacks

It was somewhat useful a year or two ago. However, the designers seem determined to remove every helpful feature that it once offered. I just got a message the other day that somebody wants me to join her Vegas Ragnar team. I cannot figure out anyway to get a message back to her either through this app or on the website. I'm sorry Ragnar, but your lack of technical expertise has just cost you yet another Runner.

course information always crashes and I cannot get any useful info to prepare for the race. This is the third time (all different races) I've tried using the app and it has not worked for me yet!

All ads, course loops constantly crash, course overview constantly crashes, and ZERO useful information. Total and absolute junk. Period.

It's been two years since I last used the Ragnar app: it was a steaming pile then, and it's a steaming pile now. Confusing to use, prioritizes sponsored content over useful information, and crashes regularly when accessing leg information.

I cant scroll or click on anything. Might as well not have an app vs one that doesnt work. Ragnar is a really awesome relay race. Dont let the app discourage you.

Waste of space. Finally found my race, not listed in chronological order. Once I opened it they're wasn't any information being populated
