The company was founded in response to a growing desire in HR to see a different take on the traditional conference, with a focus on practical ideas and emerging topics. The aim was to create an event where professionals in all countries and industries can share their experiences in the ongoing journey to update and transform the HR function, led by practitioners’ case-studies and honest reflection.
Our inaugural event, HR Change & Transformation 2013, took place in the Bloomsbury Hotel in London on 25-26 October and was attended by HR executives and senior leaders from not just the UK but around Europe, the Middle East, Russia and East Asia, APAC and North America.
Over 130 people registered on the strength of the programme alone, with no prior reputation to support it and the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. The international breadth and seniority of the speaker panel which included executives from New York to Hong Kong was unprecedented at an event like this and the new thinking, proven success stories and invaluable advice was met with huge appreciation from those who joined us.
Following that success, People Analytics 2014 made an immediate impact as one of the forerunners in this area, bringing together another international and very senior panel of leading practitioners and consultants. Again around 130 people attended from around the world and again, the feedback was excellent – the demand for a practical and interactive format was there and the response is growing with each conference.
Talent in Emerging & Growth Markets 2014 in Istanbul reached out to another section of the global HR community, HR Change & Transformation 2014 built on the success of the first year and both continued to generate praise from those attending.
People Analytics 2015 took the standard yet higher – in the words of one of the speakers: “It was certainly the best HR Analytics conference I have ever attended. A job well done by the organizers and a benchmark for other conferences.”
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive – 96% of survey responses said they were likely to come again, and a staggering 100% said they found the event good value or great value.
Upcoming events include HR Change & Transformation 2015 in October (London), People Analytics Dubai in November and Change & Transformation Dubai in February.
