It took me 2 hours to get this app downloaded, installed, updated, and usable (i.e., after log in). Wi-Fi at the event had a lot to do with that. (PSP needs to get some money back for that bad WiFi.). Login process is not mobile-friendly. Had to go back and forth between 3 email systems and 2 devices because there prices is dependent on email messages and a special code. But once logged in, I see the app is very handy and useful.
