The Center for Talent Innovation (CTI) is a non-profit think tank that drives awareness of the challenges and opportunities faced by diverse groups through cutting-edge research. CTI’s flagship project is the Task Force for Talent Innovation—a community of more than 85 global corporation and organizations committed to fully realizing all streams of talent around the world and creating a transformational research agenda to reshape the way businesses think about and manage their human capital.

The Task Force 2016 Summit will gather together senior leaders from the member companies and organizations to uncover emerging best practices, brainstorm action steps and network with peers.
