The Rackspace Customer Advisory Council is a select strategy-level group that helps us better understand the needs of our most important customers.

This council acts as a sounding board for product and support leadership and gives Rackspace an opportunity to test ideas, preview business plans, and solicit feedback that will (under NDA) shape our strategy and product roadmaps. Expect an interactive group that collaborates on shared ideas around thought leadership, industry trends, drivers and challenges.
