This app has saved me so many times. They are so quick and polite and smart. Ask a question and you'll have an answer within a couple of minutes! None of the "forum" waiting. It's all about you and your device. None of that endless reading of other people's problems. It's all about you, right now, with the right help you need. Without them I wouldn't know half of what I do about my phone, nor would any problems be fixed. These guys are the very best. Everyone needs Wysdom! Thank you.

Every wonder I have about an application, Wysdom is always there to solve it.

Had a couple of nagging problems that were fixed with help from this ap when tech ssrvices said live with it.

When the free trial periodo expires. I would pay for this service! It took a while. But I got a live response and very INFORMATIVE! Pretty cool! I keep asking questions. And they keep giving me GREAT response! I've used all of their suggestions and it has helped. And I'm learning more about my phone. It does recommend a lot of third party apps. However they all help!

These guys are great. I was having problems with my email. It was up and running in no time thanks to their suggestion.

Horrible response time and Crap answers.. Better off using some sort of online search tool for all things online... Hmmm.. Only if some sort of engine like that existed... Oh yes.. Just GOOGLE it!

Everyone who owns an android device should have this app. It suggest the best way to get optimal performance based on Ur specific device but if u choose to change settings based on their suggestions, the app changes them for u. No longer do u have to write down specific step by step instructions. Also it will tell u the best apps overall that are proven to work for the needs u desire.

Aside from the excellent tech support, it has other features such as learning some tips and tricks for your phone and all kinds of tutorials for newbies and advanced users alike. I've run into several issues with my Galaxy S2 that I wasn't able to figure out on my own - most recently I started to get a voice notification besides my regular beep message notification. I simply typed my question and within 5-10 minutes the very polite person on the other end had looked it up for me and gave me detailed instructions to turn off driving mode. Great they they answer platform specific questions. Always - always very helpful, quick and polite.

Used it because I had an error message I couldn't get rid of. Googled the error and tried recommendations to fix to no avail. The Tech from this app fixed it immediately.
