習慣づけのために、毎日同じチェック項目をチェックしたり同じ質問に応えたいことはないでしょうか？
毎日ToDo日記ならば、チェックボックスとテキストボックスによって自身が作成した質問に答えることができます。
evernoteへの連携もしているため、質問のリストごとにevernoteに送ることも可能です。(evernoteアカウントを持っていない方でも、利用できます)

質問に答える際の記事のタイトルは「記事の設定」から日付を自動的に入れることができるようになっています。

【evernote連携方法】
・ホーム画面の「設定」から、evernote連携をするにします。
・その後質問集を選択し「記事の設定」に進み、evernote連携をONにすると設定された質問集は記事をevernoteに送るようになります。
