NEVER BUY HITACHI A.C.! SERVICE IS MORE THAN WORST. I M SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH HITACHI more thn 3 times service cancilled by hitachi service center...last message i recieved that my service request is cancilled due to denial of paying charges.. wht kind of fraud people u are...u collected payment of 3500 rs on 20th may.. reciept is attached with this mail..from 1st day of june i hv been complaining through calls and application and email...15 days no body came to attend complaint...instead of repair company started cancilling my service request again and again.... i will assure you i can teach a lesson to this company as i hv enough proof to proov ur service failure this is my last intimation to the company that company has failed to provide service after charging 3500 rs for same problem as i am suffering heavy loss in my buisness bcas of hitachi a.c.... i will claim these losses in consumer court... now i am lodging complaint of hitachi company( for denail of service for same problem which is already paid by customer) at department of consumer affairs government of india next step will be the court of law..... vaishnavvi enterprises

Pathetic service. Did not receive refrigerator even after placing the order one week back. Not getting any response from the store as well as from delivery team even after repeated follow up. My advice to people not to go for Croma.

Worst App. Cant believe it is from Tata family!. Too slow for buying an item or even for searching. I thought the latest update will make the app better. But that was just a cosmetic change. App is really destroying the croma stores. Its time to scrap the app and create a new one for croma.

Dealing with Croma, Bangalore has been a headache, I would suggest people around here to opt for other vendors other than Croma. I booked my stuff on 28th May, and I was told to get the items by 3rd June, but it's already been 8th and I haven't received any response from them. Each time I call the customer care, they say, you will get a callback within 24hours, it's high time now. Really upset with the customer care pov.

Plzz don't buy anything from croma online, because the service is not good at all. I have ordered one TV from croma online 7 days over now they are telling that the particular product is out of stock so they are not able to dispatch. I don't think so it is from Tata group..

I purchase honor 8 from croma store greater noida on 5 March 2017 but after visiting service centre he told me your phone is out of warranty nd he. Told me to visit croma store because my phone is active before 6 month of purchase he told me u r using your phone since 06/09/2016. Rtf

Worst app/website, full of fake offers, after 30days without any information they will cancel the order because of non stock item. That too happen because of continuous follow-ups of nearly 20 times, there is no reply for emails, worst customer care service. Please don't purchase anything, if you r not following them periodically you will not receive your product/ money till end of your life time.

CHEATERS..! Cheap Tactics to sell products. Moto G5 Plus 32GB listed for Rs17,999 and discount of Rs1000 is given on it. It is totally misleading. Actual price of this phone is Rs16, 999 only.

To top it all, you ( PRANAY from customer support) lied so sheepishly and shamelessly that for all this 'inconvinience' , i shall be issued e-gift vouchers. Oh, such big liers! None of you are left with even an iota of righteousness now to respond to this. Try responding to this with your stale responses. I dare you.

Worst app is this . unable to booked any think and unable to use voucher . I had mailed to customer support also . they had told to visit nearest store . but should I have to visit

Even after paying for the product and recieving invoice, got a call that product is unavailable and are asking me to cancel the order. Beware only shop from Flipkart and Amazon.

Fu***ng fuddu app. Ordered an item but even after 6 days there is no status about the product despite the fact that invoice issued 6 days earlier. Even customer care executives are not able to locate their own invoice.

Worst service by croma. I have purchased a new split AC in may and within two months of purchase remote control is not working. Launched complain on 3rd july and technician supposed to come by 5th July however still waiting for technician. Croma call ceneter people are making​ fake promises daily on call that they will resolve the issue today. Do not buy products from croma.
