האפליקציה נועדה לשפר את השירות של העירייה לתושב ולהנגיש עבורו מידע ביתר קלות.

באפליקציה ניתן למצוא מידע על השירותים העירוניים השונים, ועל מה שקורה בעיר ולקבל הכוונה מקוונת אל האירועים עצמם באמצעות WAZE או GOOGLE MAP, לרכוש כרטיסים לאירועי תרבות, לקרוא מידע על מסלולי טיולים בעיר, לקבל מידע על הנעשה בעיר במגוון תחומים: אתרי טבע ופארקים בעיר, אירועי תרבות ופנאי, הצעות עבודה, מידע לשעת חירום, עדכונים על עבודות תשתית בעיר, נושאים על סדר היום, חדשות ועוד.

יצירת קשר עם כל מוסדות העירייה: משרדי העירייה, בתי הספר, גני הילדים, בתי כנסת ומקוואות חברות עירוניות ועוד. בנוסף, האפליקציה מאפשרת לדווח ישירות למוקד העירוני 106 על מפגע ולקבל עדכונים אודות סטטוס הטיפול בפנייה.

כמו כן ניתן באמצעות האפליקציה לבצע תשלומים לעירייה ולחברות העירוניות בצורה מאובטחת, להיכנס לדף הפייסבוק העירוני, לקבל מידע על נושאי רישוי, מוסדות וגנים ציבוריים. ניתן להוריד ולמלא טפסים שונים, הנחיות, הוראות, חוקים ועוד.
