The only thing more worthless than the app is the designer. Save your money rings only once then stops still waiting for a refund . Very responsive second time no response. Save your money not worth it. Does NOT RETURN TO SILENT MODE ONCE CLEARED waiting for them to fix this app it would be BRILLIANT of it would work and developers wold really listen and respond. .. this is why they have low stars and are dropping looks like the developer is still ignoring people

Except it doesn't work i guess with my custom sms tones app because no sound is heard when I get an incoming call or text... and tried using your custom ringtone & sms tone but it only plays for a few seconds and I need it to play for much longer if it is to wake me up! If u could get it to work with my custom sms app or get your custom tones to play longer I would definitely rate 5 stars.... thanks

If your in vibration mode ring tones for critical call does not go off. It does vibrate and pulse but no ringer.

The one number that is most important to me to have on the "critical contacts" list (The people whose calls will ring through when my office's on silent) keeps mysteriously disappearing from the list. So then I miss their calls until I realize it and re-add that name to the "critical" list. Only to have it drop off again in a day or two. In other words, this app fails at its sole purpose!

I am really mad that I paid for the pro version of this. I had the basic version for a while and thought well I like this app I should support them. Now my phone rings whether it feels like it, sometimes the app works other times it doesn't and I miss a call and even better is sometimes the ringing won't shut off even though I've either answered or ignored. Forget sending an error report, nothing happens when you try. If I could give negative stars I would, but I would never recommend this app to anyone.

First, this app fits my needs BUT it has issues. Support seems nonexistant. The app appears to work for the most part, but has a mind of its own. Sometimes it will ring full volume other times it rings soft. It needs a bunch of features added to help,like checking to see if the phone is actually on silent before it decides to do its custom ring. Could be 4 or 5 stars, but it really needs some work to get there

Also another use case is, when you have your spouses phone in your critical contacts list, you can use their phone to locate your lost one even if it is set to silent!!!! Very useful to me on a few times!

I started with the free version and it worked well. I didn't need the extra pro features but purchased it anyway to show my appreciation. After lollipop, the application works only about 30% of the time. I'm still waiting for an update that will work consistently as before, but I'm ready to give up and go to another app.

As has been described by others, this app is a ridiculous crash-fest. I've used it on Galaxy Note 4 and 5, and it crashes repeatedly. In fact, I just permanently uninstalled it since an app that isn't even marginally stable is worthless, particularly for this one's intended purpose. Sayonara.

Recently it stopped playing the custom ringtone for my critical contacts. This is the reason I wanted this app, my default message tone isn't loud enough to wake me up (intentionally) so I wanted to make sure certain people could always reach me. Developer is very responsive, hope he finds a fix soon.

I love this app. It does exactly what I want it to do and it's very easy to use. My only complaint is the current version (3/24/15) gives me the temporary volume increase notification even when my phone isn't muted. This means every time I get a text from someone on my list I get two alerts. Please fix this. This is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me.
