The app is full of bugs. When I wrote the complaint & presd submit, it asked to fetch the train name though I gave train no. OK when I pressed the fetch button it showed processing every time n stopd. My internet connection was working. I even checked. Ultimately it doesn't register the complaint. Who the hell made this program n who the hell made testing to this app. R they sleeping. This app itself is for complaining. Doesn't it look embarasing to complain on this. I hope changes r made at the earliest..

Very Good initiative

I had complaint and regd a complaint too here about dirty toilets and coach during my travel. Neither it was attended nor Cleaned. Pathetic situation in even AC 2 tier. In a 3 day journey to Kerala after paying so much this is what we get. No cleaning even once. I hope and prays no foreign tourist travels via our Indian Railways Pathetic!!!

Its nice initiative by railway. But app is worst. Can't even raise complaint from the moving train. I tried almost 2 hrs to raise a complaint. It hangs very frequently on tapping on fetch train details.

I raised 2 complaints fron the app and both the reference numbers are not recognized by the same app. This shows the Indian Railways is keen in not receiving any complaints as they don't want to support the passengers.

Indian Railway is the world's worst railway. The complaint booking app is also not working. Ewallet also no.1 fraud wallet service. Indian Railway must shame about their services.

Worst app. After entering all the details,and clicked confirm button the app says wait and then wait never ends. Why the govt. people does not check the app properly before releasing the same.I tried several times on 11th and 12th to confirm the complaint after submitting form but could not get registered. It shows wait and after some time it gives some message.something like not registered. Don't recollect exact words but complaint is not registered.

Errors in the apk...After feeding info, the complaint does not gets registered a few times. In design- the complaint description can be more longer to explain or suggest.

Very good. I complained on the vendors for overcharging the snacks. It is resolved in 2 hours. vendor came to me and returned 5 rupees to me

I tried registering complaint but of no use...as was not able to register complaint because every time it ask for fetch train details but unable to fetch details when I press fetch button.

No one is there to listening your complaint. No Complaints registered. This is a very bad app from IRCTC i never seen. Please improved this app & listening Passenger Complaint.

It doesn't even have the input options while filling up the form which it claims in the end as a reason for failed launch of a complaint ..... Another hypocrite typical government way of functioning.... Sometimes(actually mostly) makes me sick of the infrastructure around us... The phone lines never work... How do I get a Refund of my hard earned money from this evil system?

Atleast now our authorities are working for the citizens. My complaint has got attention. But in closure remarks it has shown "No information on exact location of incident". The incident did not happened at home

Every time I press the 'confirm' button,it circles for a long time and finally I get 'failure'....your complaint is not registered....

If u r not interested to solve the problem please don't invent like this apps.... Don't play with public emotions.....

Railways is fooling you. You will take all the pain in filling up the details. Finally you will get a message saying that they are unable to register your complaint.

2 stars just bcs d app is there in the store and a complaint do get registered and an SMS is sent abt d complaint. Bt that's all this app can do. Don't expect it complaint to be addressed anytime soon and things will take its own course of action. I travelled on 19/01/17 in an AC-II which was the best coach available in d train and the bathrooms were very dirty. So I logged in and complaint abt the same with all the details at 20:50hrs, reached my destination at 8:30 in d morning and left train. At 10:30 in d morning got an sms that my complaint was addressed and the bathrooms were cleaned! Which bathroom will someone use for the next 14 hrs? Was I supposed to get back to that train and find if that coach was really clean or it was just an SMS. Dear railway, if you give us an option to lodge a complaint then also keep your complaint redressal team ready!

It is a good initiative by railways, have used it for on-board complaining and response was within 2hrs. Only suggestion, upgrade needed for uploading photos during complaint/suggestions.

Increase complain word limit. 256 is quite less to describe a event.

I really liked this app and registered 1 complaint and 2 feedbacks. Let's see the progress.

worst app for improve railway system. No status of complaint and no one attend complaint. It totally useless app

Stupid app I complained about punctuality of train many times but they not responding. When I put complain no for checking status , it not works. Worst app.

Easy to use; most of complaints are resolved; But All Stations are not listed; **App crashed while submitting form, when internet is slow or not responding; attachment add option missing**

It's a very good app, I am frequently using this app for mumbai local complaints. Pls increase more than 256 alphabet. Also add file attachments for uploading of pics

My complaint no was A/ER/HWH/000144416. I was able to register the complaint quickly, but no response from railways, hence useless.

I immediately got the acknowledgement of my complaint and expecting for its results.

Unbelievable!!!! Solved my issue of non availability of water in train within 20 minutes. Thanks Indian railway and Mr. Suresh prabhu

Inspite of entering correct train no 22128 it asks to click validate train number once we click on submit, please resolve this issue.

Another fake initiative. Wasting tax payer hard earned money.. I was in ab emergency nothing works..

The worst app of indian government and its show the failure of indian government that wmhe cant make a proper application for complaint for india largest network were that much people daily use this transport service

Application integration with updated train numbers required like 22429 train number can't be fetched. Also more options for complaints is required. Like Train late departure, train number wrong on train, etc. i would say this app is a step in right direction

I've been complaining since the train departed from its source for a fan not working but no action has been taken. This app is fr only registering complaints but no further action has been taken.

All data is well type but train number is doesn't fetching I can't generated my complaints against tc take wrong charges without any recipe.

What happened in this application its not opening & not working. Please provide latest version.
