Worthwhile effort but immaturity is evident. Home page is for Reporting a Crime whereas Unsolved Crime is 'hidden' away (in top-right) Options Menu? Most people using App will want to review Unsolved Crime NOT Report Crime. Also after selecting item from Options Menu, Back Button exits App? (should step back prev pages). Another prob, video on Home Page cannot enter into full screen (hung when I tried). 3 Stars for effort.
