About CrimeBot
CrimeBot alerts users by using crime reports, giving users a live view of what's happening around them by the minute.Crime bot uses notifications, crime hot-spot illustrations and even allows the submission of completely anonymous crime reports. Users can view the history of crimes around their current location and elsewhere which provides crime report details such as time, location and media (pictures, videos, audio) associated with that report.
In addition, CrimeBot provides bulletins from trusted sources to notify users of other reports such as wanted and missing persons which also allows users to aid in anonymously solving these reports. CrimeBot can therefore be seen as a crime fighting tool to keep users aware of their surroundings to protect themselves, friends and family while capturing re crime reports that usually go unreported and unsolved.

I delayed for a long time to rate this app. It began as a great one, always first with the news and was timely. One could ignore some grammatical errors if the picture/video was uploaded by the user. I now find that traditional news media puts out updates long before this app does. It also should have an option to change the skin/theme and icon by users who want to upload anonymous crime without fear.

I have been using this app for 2 weeks before I chose to give a rating. Ideally updates should be instantaneous, or at least within the 30 mins to an hour mark. Unfortunately, I hear about crimes on the news that I have yet to see here. Possibly work required for marketing to users and partnership between police and other media outlets (just a few suggestions)

I love reading the comments people from the islands leave. I don't understand why all I seem to be able to find is crimes committed in Jamaica but then the app says it's for people from Louisiana to make anonymous crime reports. I don't exactly get this app but I enjoy it nonetheless.
