Crestron Mobile Pro

How do you get App Support? It was working intermittently, but now not at all. Definitely not worth $100 for the app. And now we have a $10,000 sound system that we can't use. We can't even change the volume on the TV. Our installer is working to resolve the problem but so far no luck.

Can't connect to Cp2e after update to android 6.

Does not work properly for s7 edge plus cant access settings is there any work around for the same.

Worked for a couple of months on my android & now it doesn't.

Edited 9/17/2015. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have gotten Crestron. First of all, the app costs $100. And if you have Android and Apple devices you have to buy it twice. If there are any issues, i.e. you buy a new router, a rep from the company you bought it from must come set it up and that's not free. Definitely NOT WORTH IT!

When I first installed Crestron it worked great on my Galaxy. Then one day it wouldn't connect dating the host and port were wrong. The information is the same as it's always been. It still works great on my android tablets. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but thst didn't work. If I didn't have my tablets I would have a $100 app that doesn't work.

I purchased this app to control my new Crestron home entertainment system, but it won't connect to it. My contractor told me after my purchase that I had bought the wrong program, and an Android app to control my system hasn't been released yet. When I contracted for this system 18 months ago, I was told that it worked great with Apple and Android devices. I find it hard to believe that in July, 2014, the Android app to control my system hasn't been released yet. I wish I'd just purchased a Sonos system.

The app works but the graphics is old fashion. I guess it is as good as the programmer.

This App for Android has an issue., when inside the Wifi of the House it works Great., When outside even using the External IP it does not connect. However, in the iPhone App works great. Could you please fix this ASAP. I been using R2 to bypass this problem, but is not fair to pay $100.00 to each.

Excellent app

I have had this app for close to two years running on three tablets and one phone without a single problem. Hopefully a smart graphics version gets released sooner than later. iOS shouldn't get all the love. Love this app! Crestron also updated vtpro to allow custom project sizes. Takes care of graphic issues listed on other comments.

This app is great! Works flawlessly on my system. I don't see the issue some have stated on this product, if you are a dealer/programmer, you shouldn't have any issues. If so, then I wouldn't want to see their systems. Buy with confidence.

I paid a fortune for this app (like everyone else) and it has never worked for me (Moto Razr). Many calls by both myself and the company that installed my Crestron system to Crestron has brought no joy at all. In April, 2012, a tech inside Crestron told my installer that they found the problem that was preventing the app to work on my phone and it would be fixed in the next release. They has been no subsequent release of the app on Android. iPhone gets plenty of love, though, with many releases in the mean time. I have no trouble with the app on my iPad or iPod.

Works awesome on my Motorola Razr. Have been using it for over 9 months. If you're having problems find a new installer.

The new update is great. Fast connection speed, no pop up warnings regarding the project. I like the keep awake option too.

As always works great and the support is great. Speak with your dealer and get updated.

Works great if you have a good Crestron programmer! Don't listen to poor reviews. Just like iphone/ipad app, this app is only as good as the Crestron programmer you have. Need a better programmer? Contact me at mike@elitee2.com
