Been using the app on the same phone for months. After update can no longer take print. Always get the error camera needs to focus. Tech support non existent. Would go lower than 1 star if possible. This is an essential app that I need and it's not working. Try multiple fingers under multiple conditions with NO success. Waste of money and time. Might as well use an ink pad .

Its starting to crash right after you press the "Send to Funeral home" button. i cant seem to get any prints sent to my email address. It worked fine a few weeks ago. 1 star till this gets fixed.

I had this app on my galaxy s4 it worked but i got the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and doesn't take pictures at all now.
