Open Heavens 2017

My RCCG friend introduced this app to me. I saw it as FREE only to download and see payment. That is misleading. Secondly, I have read so many complaints about money being deducted but activation keys not received. It's disappointing. I can't risk my 500 naira.

I must say that the app is really good. I find it very useful and interesting to use. I also expect that there'll be a new version for this year 2018. However, I'm surprised to see free versions instead, which are not up to the required quality. Can you please do something about it? Thank you...

Why always try to make something so simple very complex. I can't even get past adding my email without an error message... Payment for every other app on playstore is automated within playstore by Google, except yours. You have the same problem with your Sunday school Manual, reason I haven't bought that again for over 3 years now cos the last payment and activation experience was horrible... And customer service was nothing to write home about. That your payment procedure is stressful does not make up for whatever security reasons you come up with... You can't be better than Google in implementing payment security. I am a tech person and a redeem member... And am disappointed in the whole purchase procedure of both the Sunday school Manual and open heaven on playstore. You need to go back to your drawing board cos this low quality payment system is costing the church sales and money, and even making the apps unpopular cos with issues like this, one cannot recommend it to someone else. I will lay this complain to rccg UK... Hoping someone take it up and if possible it get to Daddy GO... You guys need to up your game or hand it over to more competent hands.

I hard to format my samsung device where I installed and already imputed activation code. Now I downloaded it again on the same device and it's saying error activation code. Please work on it

First impression counts. 5oo deducted from my account. No pin or anything. Nothing comes from the portal to verify payment. App has no help feature, mail or contact for support. Truth be told a lot of work needs to be fine on this app. Its not user friendly and limits access to its priceless message. Its does not send a good message to public to think its just some yahooboys using this to extract money and credit card info. Please this should be fixed. This is the second time I have trued and the second time am loosing 500.

I bought the pin and it was working fine. But when I got my phone formatted and reinstalled it back, it asked me for the pin and I couldn't provide it because it was not sent to me. The annoying part is that I sent you guys an email and up till today the email was never replied to.

Good day. Pls. I paid online for the activation pin about 5 days ago, I am yet to receive any pin. I have sent 3 different mails with evidence of payment to support. None was replied, not even acknowledged. Pls, kindly do something about it. Thanks!

#500 has been deducted from my account and no pin has been sent. This is very disappointing. There should be a better way of sending pins to email addresses... This is so poor .. Admin please 500 has been deducted from my account yet I have not been sent the pin... too bad... Please help. Just paid today

I have made payment and forwarded the proof via mail since 2nd September but am yet to get the pin. Please can someone assist me urgently, I need to start using this app. I paid thru quickteller

Good app. Also cheap. One thing I don't like is the audio. We only want to hear the message, not the music at the background

I downloaded this app 24hrs ago, no pin has been sent to me. I have forwarded proof of payment three times and still no pin. This is disappointing as I really want to use this app.

The app is great! Concerning making payment and not seeing pin, you should check your spam. I found mine in spam. I hope this is helpful. Kudos

I had problem with the pin too, I bought 3 activation pins but 2 was sent to me correctly. The 3rd was incorrect, I sent email, there was no response till date.

Good app overall. Messages from Pastor Adeboye daily, it is a no brainer. However payment options like paypal will be useful. Currently you have to use your card details!

Please, must I struggle to get my pin after payment has been made and even after calling your agent. This is very very disappointing.

This is a great application, but I believe it can be made free or cheaper, since its about Gospel, let it be free or based on individual donations from cheerful givers. There are lots of daily devotionals on playstore that are free, and if the church must collect money, I believe you can do it in such a way that one activation pin should activate like 5 devices, it will help propagate the gospel more. I must commend your effort, you have really done a good job with the app

Lovely but I have a problem with it my phone auto update am now deactivated it wrong solve for me please I use the same phone my pin is with me now but am not activated help

I uninstalled the app mistakenly and the pin isn't working again. Am I meant to buy a new scratch card again. I'm so confused please.

I paid for the #500 which was deducted and I got a pin in my email, I tried it severally but still error.

I hope this whole arrangement is not a rip off. As directed, I purchased the activation code online with the promise to send the activation code to my email, since 3 days ago. However there's no activation code sent up till now. As promised, please do the needful by sending the activation code immediately. Thank you.

Hello this app was downloaded on my old phone with the pin,the phone got spoilt and I get a new phone I downloaded it again and asking me to buy another pin can't my old pin be provided without buying new pin? cos I just bought the pin to the old phone not up to 2weeks thanks

The app was working fine and then it required an update after which it cleared my subscription and is requesting a new code, I've disposed of the card I initially used to access it and no longer have access to the daily devotion messages

I don't know why say say the subscription card works on two device. I flash my phone the thing is writing invalid activation pin. Do I have to buy another card?

It is not suppose to be sold for N1 because it's also for evangelising the word of God. If ODB can make it free access RCCG can afford too. Money Money .

Hello admin, a sum #500 was deducted from account using ATM card to buy the pin on my phone but there's no pin yet... How long would it take for me get the pin??

Its a nice app but works need to be done on the site... most importantly the payment methods.
