CREDO Mobile for Android
The app needs to integrate every menu available on the desktop site instead of making you log into the desktop site inside of the app. It also needs a data usage widget that you can put on your home screen. The "Download Bills as PDF" also doesn't work. No matter which month I select it only shows me a pdf of my 3/15/16 bill. This function also never works when using mobile data, only when connected to wifi (still gives wrong month though.)
Like others I cannot sign into this app. The new website design has an "I am not a robot feature" but the app does not, and I wonder if this is the issue. When it did work it was handy for checking usage among the phones on my account, though other features require the website.
The current version won't accept my username and password. The website does, so I suspect it's an issue with a character in my password. Nonetheless, other reviews are right: the real functionality in the app (back when I got get into it) is very limited.
The app lets users pay their bill and check usage, anything else, users are forced to go to Credo's website and sign in again. For a progressive company, their app is very conservative. The app looks like a retro from the 80s.
Can't log in. App rejects correct information. Totally useless.

Installed and found "Services not available" two days in a row. The app is broken. Uninstalled. Will use the web interface in the future. Not going to try again until Credo sends an announcement that the app actually works.
I would love it if more of the features available thru Member Services were available thru this app, such as changing a data plan.
The new blue on orange loading circle makes my eyes want to bleed.
The last few times I tried to pay my bill using the app, it timed out and gave me an error notice that said the services can't be used. My bill is late and this is my primary bill pay method.

I installed the app mainly to keep track of my data usage but that function always errors out. Other functions, such as customer service simply redirect to a desktop version of the website. That's hard enough to look at, and then this app makes it even worse because it doesn't recognize screen rotation.
Received 2 galaxy s5s... awesome phone and easy activation!! Highly recommend

I think our very favorite aspect of this delightful app and hugely ethical company is how the app inexplicably processed 1 authorized payment 3 times, thereby essentially stealing hundreds of dollars from us. No problem right? They just return the money right? Wrong! They "send a check." If this sounds like fun to you, by all means, download this app.

Minimal functionality. Does not seen to know about established Auto-Pay choice. CREDO Activism not very predominant, and more importantly, does not indicate whether Petition Action items have already been signed (via Email/Website solicitation, Facebook, or this App itself).
Please ensure that I, a Nexus 10 tablet user, NEVER see a "Your device isn't compatible with this version" message regarding this app. My Kyocera Kona is NOT a smartphone. I prefer my apps on my tablet and my phone to be a simpler, separate device.
Not sure where to start....the majority of the time, I can't seem to get the App to even open.
I do customer service for AT&T Mobility, and have been push in their app for years. So glad to have the same convenience now!

This one gives the Hotspot data I have used in MB. The amount I have paid for is in GB. Would use this one if the measurement used was the same.

Sign in to your account, and then sign in to access many features. You can see your balance and usage, but beyond that it acts as a browser for voting and other account services features. Would be much better if the were integrated into the application so it actually has a purpose.

App is a nice immediate way of seeing overall usage info. But to review account details, it just links to the desktop version of site, so you have to log in again, and can't really access the forms on a phone. Nice start, but needs more work.

How does a progressive mobile company manage to create an app that isn't very mobile or progressive? In simple English: It sucks. There is no longer a visible graphic for usage - but the table for it is there... Minutes and texts no longer appear. And as others have noted, you need to go the website to do most anything other than ponder this antiquated, non functioning, minimalist app.
