I love this app. It has helped me so much getting my credit cleaned. Only think I would like to see improve is both scores and what could be done to get both scores cleaned up.

The once a month updating isn't frequent enough.

I would love to give the app a higher rating! However, the app does not recognize my user name and password. The product itself is AMAZING! The app just won't recognize me. I have to log in to my account through their webpage, which dies recognize my user name and password. Oh well. Maybe soon this shall be fixed. *hereshoping*

App is pretty solid feature-wise. However, if you use a password that includes special characters, some of these are not supported by the app's code. Therefore, you'll need to change your password to something LESS SECURE to use it. Bad. Just bad. This isn't some rinky-dink game made by one guy in his spare time, so missing something as obvious as exceptioning wild card characters in your password field coding is pretty sad and downright unacceptable when you're trying to work with my credit history and score. Makes me concerned for the security of the site as a whole if they miss something as basic as this.

Infinite loading screens.. couldn't sign up, and when I signed up again, it said an accout was already created for that email. Apparently it let me sign up? Although that first screen said no. ... finally able to log in, can't even get the process started because the next screen wouldn't even load... I really wanted to give it a shot. But no such luck for me apparently..

Absolutely garbage. . I downloaded​the app entered all my personal information and the app instantly crashes. I try to reload the app and after I put in my password the app crashes immediately. I feel like this was a complete scam to get people's personal information. If I could give it negative stars for a rating I most definitely would.

Not bad for a third party reporting agent. But found out that its not total accurate but close. It does help to see most of what is on your credit.

Lock me out for 30 days because I didn't answer the 3 security questions "correctly" where I know for a fact those 3 questions are not applicable to me. Ridiculous. Edit: it seems like a lot of people get told their info is inaccurate. I KNOW all my answers and personal information I provided are valid and accurate.

Let's meet on the end of registration login and says my last 4 of my ss # are wrong/invalid. Waisted a good hour of my life trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Pitiful

Well it would let me last the sign up page. First some issue with my address then it asked me to use my maiden name but still wouldn't work when I made the corrections. Stick with CK. No issues there.

Great app but they took away where it tells you how many credit inquiries you have and when they expire. As that is one of the only things on my credit that is bad I wish I could still see that. Other then that amazing app keeps me knowing my credit health.

Feedback in the settings menu is broken, the next button doesn't function on the email confirmation screen. Also the credit mix screen for your credit score shows tend of thousands of *accounts* - it appears to be summing up the credit limits of those accounts and representing that at the number of accounts you have open...

Very convenient. Helpful in keeping track of credit cards, loans, score, and more. Gives a lot of recommendations for credit and loans but have never actually applied for any of the suggestions.has helped me be more aware and in the past several months I was able to significantly impact my score.

Stupid app it shows credit score but when you try to look at report os just wants you to talk to one of their credit repair specialist and its dull of ads trying to get you to buy something and my score sucks roght now 576 and it claims i can get a loan up to 226k for a house which is not true dont waste time

The app it's self is ok however it opened me up to hundreds literally hundreds of emails all saying your a proved already for this credit card or that just to go through the posses and then get denied. I didn't think I was ready but the say your a proved and your not! Please stop emailing me all these fake offers. When I'm ready to apply I will. I took 1 step forward and 8 steps back!

Credit Sesame is so much easier than creditkarma. Creditkarma kept telling me it couldn't verify my information and couldn't confirm it was me so I couldn't get any information. Weird because everything I was telling them was the truth period Credit Sesame gave me no problems at all

Great tool to monitor and manage credit profile! Just know it uses Vantage, not FICO scores, so the numbers a lender would pull are likely to be a lot different.

Quick easy summary of accounts and credit score. Ads do make the screen cluttered at times though.

No cost and easy to use. All the information you need to keep track of or improve your credit score.

Very nice app and detailed in breaking down your credit. It also gives you the factors that are affecting your credit score & recommendations to improve it.

Have not tried apping a cc from their recommendations yet, but helpful with other things like seeing balances, inquiries, etc.

Great for tracking credit scores and the credit monitoring works. After my current mortgage company performed a hard credit pull credit sesame alerted me or it. Would recommend for watching credit score and for the credit monitoring.

I wasn't real excited about it until I was able to get my credit back on track ,but now I checked it all the time love watching my credit score ore keep going up love this app

Love this app. Helps me work on my credit by working towards goals by grading different aspects like my credit usage, history and other types. Gives you all 3 credit scores for $10 a month. Worth the $10 if you really want to get a higher score.

I absolutely love this app, crazy thing is its an approximate score however it's dead in when I pulled my credit report!!

I would to to a way to dispute more negative items. That are in correct.

Customer service is really bad. I called them to cancel my premuim services and they hanged up the phone 3 times.

After I signed up did nothing but crash, feels like just got my info stolen

Love this app, very easy to navigate and has all your information you are looking for right there.

Its actually free!!!! No hidden fees. Also it tells me what it in the neg and tips in how to fix my credit score

I downloaded it, added my info, now it keeps crashing. It has never opened for me.

Totally worthless. This app exists to get you you apply for other loans and credit cards.

If you have any problems looking if you open the chat head and speak to a rep they will help they deleted myold account so that i can start a new one

Many other places give the fico score for free. I'm not paying for it.

Easy to use for day to day monitory. The app's recommendations and tips are also great. GOOD JOB CS TEAM!

I have been using this app for a while, and it keeps you up to date on your credit score. To improve your score you have to make personal adjustments. This app shows you whst you need to target.
