What if we don't have any money for VIP and how do you know if people are actually real on this app but other than that I really like this app and I love you Johnny!! And Lauren!!

You can only use chat if you don't go VIP! Can you please make at least livestreams for free - It would be really great.

I love johnny and lauren thats why downloaded the app. I thought it would be amazing but for most contents we have to go VIP. That's not fair , if anyone cant have the VIP access the app is waste. I am not hating them in fact I love them but the app isn't good at all.

I love Johnny and Lauren don't get me wrong, but it's not fair that we have to go "VIP" to access everything, even watch livestream. I was so excited about this, to find out you need "VIP" to access it. Can it be fixed?

I think its not fair for android users bc we cant use the new emojis or that everything requires u to be vip and i honestly thought u can have one on one conversations with them but instead its allll one big group i guess its cool how there are other musers but i think it would be better if u can have one on one conversations with Johnny and Lauren not hating its amazing how far they have grown and its cool how they have their own app but over all i think they shouldn't have vip and emojis just for the apple users

I think I should start off by saying that I don't hate Johnny or Lauren as people, I just dislike the way the app is designed. First of all, the design format of the app can be improved. Secondly, is the fact that people have to "Go VIP" just to access some content. Sure some of the content, example Johnny's new song, could and should only be accessed by going VIP but other content like live streams should be accessible by the people who didn't purchase VIP. Fans may say that they are willing to spend money on this app but come on, it's just an app. People might say I'm a hater but I seriously don't hate on Johnny or Lauren but I'm not going to waste my money on AN APP. Don't put stuff on there that people can't access because they can't go VIP. Teasing them and rubbing it in their faces that they can't afford it. Having the constant screen pop up saying "Go VIP" is really annoying. And the fact that people can pretend to be celebrities in the chat what they really aren't, I mean at least have an indication when those are the actual people instead of just knowing who is VIP and who isn't. All in all, I just want to say that if you're not willing to purchase VIP, there is not really a point to downloading the app. It's just a waste of phone storage.
