I love this app. I love the the service and at such an affordable price. I learn so much and it is so much fun to learn something new. I have no problems with this app so not sure why other people do. It's so worth it.

This is an awesome app! But, I dont really like how most things are for member's. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ●

Would get an error regarding communication with server with each letter that I typed in the search bar. And if you don't own a Cricut, half of the will not apply.

Clunky. Server failure. Unable to watch my purchased classes.

Love the idea and the videos I've been able to watch but the app crashes whenever I try to search anything. I'm so frustrated this hasn't been fixed yet!

Crashes too much to actually use the app, makes me wonder why I pay for the service. Please get this fixed and then think about being able to cast videos.

Having a lot of issues with the app. When you are searching, it takes you back to the beginning. You can't search by skill label. I love the classes and teachers but the app is frustrating.

I love Creativebug but your app sucks. It refuses to load and the downloaded videos never open offline ???????????? Very Frustrating App.

This app is terrible. The idea is great but it is frustrating when you are paying a monthly subscription for something that crashes when you search and crashes when you try to load a video. Please fix it.

I agree. Half the time I get a message saying cannot connect to server & when I do connect I lose video partway through the lesson.

App no good keeps crashing can't get to new classes or see them but creativebug keeps charging my checking acct each month getting tired of paying for un useable app

Doesn't allow SECURE password! (Only letters and numbers!).

App keeps stopping and won't load. This may be a deal breaker for my free trial membership...:(

Sure we can just search through YouTube and stuff but videos are scrambled and sometimes show poor video choices in YouTube, with this app I got to view videos I really got interested in, it really helps honestly

Great selection of classes. . Well worth the cost. Add chromecast for a fifth star.

Now it takes forever to load anything! Come on.

Crashes all the time. Won't display bookmarked classes. Won't let me "click" on classes, almost like it freezes when the classes are displayed. I don't like that right now my only option is to watch my classes from my computer and I just don't have time for that. The great thing about the app us being able to download the classes ro the app and watch them while I'm waiting for kids to be done with piano, or practice, etc. Hasn't worked properly enough to be a convenience.

I am enjoying watching the classes on the website but this app is unuseable. Every time I try to bookmark a class it tells me there is a problem connecting to the server and every other time I open the app it crashes. I don't have server problems with other apps so I'm assuming it's a fault with this app in particular.

This app crashes when trying to do a search, during navigation and while loading the videos. So it pretty much doesn't work most of the time. Please do something to make this wonderful website in to a wonderful app.

Why am I paying for this when I can't use it on my tablet cuz it crashes all the time.

Continous freezing. Does not keep watched videos or bookmarks. It says can not connect to server as its connecting to server. Stops video mid stream. Would love if someone cared about their service and not just our money ... get in there and fix this please. I also use craftsy and would gladly pay more for this if it worked right. I see others Complaining about the same. Whatever happened to customer service? Don't you care about us?

Bad app

It keeps saying that it can't connect to the server.

Used Facebook to create my account but there's no way to log into the app with Facebook so i can't use the app. Also, in the watercolor tutorial, she talks about what she'll do next but there's no other tutorials after it. Very confusing.
