- Ping anyone/broadcast to start a conversation
- Choose a conversation type that makes the ping pong(s) intelligent
- Build the conversation using default set of pings/pongs or use your own response
- Relate multiple conversations together with the follow-up feature to stack them all up
- Email your ping/pong(s) for each conversation if you wish
