Installed app but can't login. My loving works just fine e through the website but nothing on the app. Seems a lot of people have that issue.

Latest update is junk. Crashes a lot and when you want to look at your tour info it just takes you to the web page. Might as well remove the app and bookmark the webpage then.

Horrible ap. It updated and won't let me log in to see my rewards. Then it locked my account. I guess I have to drag my ipad into Old Chicago Pizza for my free one.

App keeps crashing and restarting. Can't log in or do anything. Terrible app, has been going on long enough to see Old Chicago doesn't care at all.

EDIT: I can now log in for the first time since February, and I like it a lot. Clean and nice features. ORIGINAL: I liked the app well enough before, but now I, like so many others, can't log in. I'm using the correct password and it works on the browser.

Immediately crashes on open ever since my phone upgraded to nougat.

Got new phone and when installed app again it would not let me log in.

Ruined it with update, lost functionality and purpose. Stupid move

This app hasn't worked yet. It will accept my username and password but won't let me see my tour progress. This app is worthless.

Update completely broke the app. It was fixed for a short time now trying to view the rewards section crashes the app every single time.

Just like every other review on here, I can't even login. It keeps telling me incorrect email or password, but everything is the same it's always been. I can login on my chrome browser just fine but not the app. This really sucks because I really enjoy the new look! Just wish I could enjoy it for myself. Please fix this and I will put it at a 5!!! Old Chicago is my favorite place to try new beer!

Can't log in at all since it was updated! Even un- and reinstalled, and it still doesn't work! To top it off, to reinstall an app that had just been uninstalled, I had to delete apps to make room.

Was great! Long ago. Used to use it all the time. Since first of the year it has been unusable. Won't even boot up without a crash. I download it about every month hoping there is a update that works. There's not. Please fix. At least try.

After update, couldn't sign in with email address, let me us phone number. Then crashed any time I clicked on the Rewards section. I was thrilled to see it cached credentials, though. I made the mistake of signing out, now I can't get back in. Shame, looks like some cool 5 star improvements were added. If I can use it, I'll up my rating. New update 2/8/2017 - Fixed the sign on problem. It now lets me logon with my email address and remembers it. However, if you make the mistake of tapping on the "Rewards" icon, it crashes immediately. Once that is fixed, back to a 5. Looks like some wonderful additions. I do like the ability to link to the webpage, but would be nice to see rewards and such in the app again. Fingers crossed for a new update.

Can't even login with the app. I can login on the OC rewards website, so I know it isn't an incorrect password. Da duq is this waste of time BS?

App no longer lets me log in. When you click on it, it says that the app has stopped working. Please fix issue as it looks like from other reviews, it has been going on for awhile. Once app is fix, I will give it a 5 star again.

Since update, app will not allow login. I verified login at home by signing in...all info there. Tried exact same login here and it says email or phone submitted incorrect. This once was a useful ap, now it is trash.

Won't even start, just continually crashes. Uninstalled a couple times and same thing. App is worthless. I assume they developed it for iOS

Since the last update can't login. App was working perfectly. The app is now total garbage. ZERO stars. OC doesn't even care if app gets fixed. Update 05/24 app still not fixed.

App worked great before upgrade. Now I cannot log in. I cannot see the previous beers drank or what reward balance or how much till next reward. Why in the heck would OC push out an bad app that does not work. Thats like OC serving the worse beer on the planet all the time. It's just wrong. Don't you have a quality control review before rolling out new things? Fix it!

Can't log in, customer service doesn't respond. Used to be a great app. Not usable anymore. Uninstalling. Fortunately I live in Colorado, hundreds of brewery/restaurant combos to choose from.

Crashes every time I click on Rewards. Others with S7 and S7 Edge having the same issue. Are you going to fix this soon? If not send me the old app! New app junk not worth having.

I don't have a problem logging in, but it crashes everyone every time I try to access my WBT info. That's the only reason I used this app in the first place. It's been worthless since they changed the app.

Rewards crashes every time. I've waited months for them to fix after providing feedback. This reflects poorly on OC.

Well can't use the app because it tells me my creds are not valid. Though they are because they work on website. Would give app 0 stars if I could....

The app. Is great..... When it worked. All of sudden It will not even open. Fix it a it's back to a 4+ Star app.
