worst service ever seen. even contact to customer care but she is also not able to give proper answer. I give more than one order now I am not able to view order again, even not able to cancel order. it displays Are you sure Yes/No. after click on Yes it's again display Are you sure Yes/No :D Worst service with worst application .

Few days before I ordered an pink dress for my sister but the crafts Villa is so bad that they hold me an navy blue kurti... It's just make her cry.. and she cried alot... uh.. I don't like craftsvilla.... And I recommended to all the persons who has been downloaded this app that don't use this app.. it's all fake...don't use this app

Very much disappointed.. I ordered a dress and another dress came in parcel! When I asked for a return they said my order is just dispatched and it will arrive soon... But I already paid IN COD for the wrong parcel! Even the customer care does not hear what i am saying after sending proof!

Pathetic service, one product got delivered at my place and next item got failed from the same order no. They were even not ready to reattempt tho deliver. They wanted me to order gain, that is for the product i already paid. This was my first experience and will be last for sure.

Ignore using this app, very pathetic service .I have oredred one dress and made payment also but on the day of delivery they have cancelled that order and saying that product is not available.

Craftsvilla always delivers somewhat different products than it advertises which leaves me dissatisfied..bought 2 suits and they are of different colors and designs and other 3 suits which are slightly different from the pics.. Haven't purchased anything after that

Worst, I ordered a suit but it is so cheap and not similar to my order. I ordered the suit with two salwar but there is only one n the quality is extremely low from the pic. Really very disappointed.

I want to order dreses from craftsvilla but when I start ordering and add my number there is only option for +91 and I leave in hong I need too use +852 how can I put my correct information

The worst rating is not for the app but "Craftsvilla" itself. To anyone who looks at ordering via Craftsvilla, please dont bother or waste your time. They have good collection, the app is great. But what is the use if we are not gonna get what we ordered. To top it up worst customer service. I pity the wonderful artists whose works are on display here. Find a better site to list your products. I ordered a lot of stuff for a huge amount and they couldn't deliever it on time. When I questioned further about the delay they cancelled all my order saying product out of stock and refunded the amount. I asked them how come all products are out of stock and why did the site let me book if out of stock. Their response was please place the order again and we will deliver as soon as possible. PATHETIC!! After all the time I spent browsing for the stuff I need this is a total waste of time. On top of it my dream to set up my new house with all the beautiful products were shattered. Not coming here again inspite of the beautiful collections. Craftsvilla - if you really respect the artists and their works displayed at your site please do something about your customer service and order deliveries.

The app doesn't work properly with respect to the discounts. Discounted products doesn't get added to cart or u cannot buy. Material not good

First of all the prices are too high. Products are too expensive. Can't see the ratings of any particular product. Filters don't work.

Service is the best.i rcvd my order before time.i dont like the product thats the different think and i asked for a return.they take it back and refunded my money.very genuine app.i like to shop for the next time and hope to get the exact product as shown.

I order sum thing and receive something else.....when I returned the item,the account dsnt show it inspite of the product having been picked up .....neither did I get my refund........and the worst part is when I call the customer care no.,I get no response......I'm really upset with craftsvilla and would not recommend it to anyone in future......hope my query gets resolved soon....

Cheap website delivery to late its been 10-15 days
