COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: This app works directly with Craftsman Steering Wheel ZTR Models 247.204000 and 247.204100 (Model number label found under the seat).
This app will work with most Craftsman Riding Mowers (including Zero Turn models) manufactured from 2010 to present when equipped with a Craftsman Smart Lawn Connect kit (Item No. 25200). Exclusions noted below:
Excludes Riding Mowers: 917.20401 - 917.20404 – 107.25004 – 107.25005 – 107.25006 - 107.25007

It provides up-to-date information about your mower’s battery, blades, air filter and engine oil, then notifies you whenever something needs attention to make maintenance simple. Smart Lawn provides you in-app viewable, model-number specific owners manuals and engine operating manuals.
The app’s Periodic Maintenance section provides tips and instructions on servicing your mower after every 10, 25, 50 and 100 hours of use — plus at the beginning and end of mowing season.
CRAFTSMAN SMART LAWN also provides fast access to replacement parts to keep your mower running smoothly. Order parts and accessories online, or use the Store Locator to find nearby retailers.

Waste of a time app, Just bought a brand new mower with bluetooth, and double checked that it does, but the app tries to say my model don't have it...and called my store I bought it from and the guy didnt even know it has bluetooth.. says alot on between the employees and apps.....

This app was actually a deciding factor on buying a craftsman lawn tractor. Sadly the app will not keep the tractors info current and has not updated since after it's first mowing.

Update : The app does absolutely nothing. None of the numbers change when the engine is running, all of my maintenance schedules are still unchanged, like the mower has never been used.

Samsung Galaxy S5, cannot connect to Bluetooth. Uninstalled, reinstalled. The app does not find mower. Phone Bluetooth will not pair with mower because mower is not found when phone is searching for Bluetooth devises. Tried prior to first use of mower and after 2nd use today.

This app is crap. It doesn't work and, like others noted, the confirming e-mail never shows up. I have been a Sears customer for more than 48 years with mostly good experiences and am disappointed they can't conjure up a working, simple app.

Mine work perfectly with any mower that I have set up. I scanned the bar codes and got going on a flash. My verification email was quick and painless. This thing is pretty cool.

Been waiting over two hours for the email to verify my account, and over one hour for support to reply. Guess I'm returning the device and uninstalling the app. Edit 36 hours later, still no response from craftsman. Called Sears customer service and nobody even knew about the app. Finally got on a live chat and was told that I was sent the confirmation email, which I told him I had not received, he simply ended the chat conversation. GREAT JOB CRAFTSMAN!

Installed fine but then when it gets to connect to the mower it wont connect. App is useless in till it connects to the mower. Since you cant do anything in the app in till after it connects. I also tried the apple version and that connected fine. You can also do stuff in the app before you have to connect to the tractor. So if you have a apple phone it works.

Was able to connect and sync once. Never able to connect again. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with several attempts to pair Bluetooth rejected using both suggested codes. Hour meter advances with key in run position but cycling ignition and retrying does not work either.

It won't get past the login screen. It says to follow instructions in an email, but it never sends an email. I want an app that requires no external account permissions... just want to be able to connect to the mower.
