YES TAG

Ok. I am now used to it and it comes handy to quickly check account balance. Though the new Yes Bank app seems to be negated that requirement. I do have one question though... I have added a beneficiary and configured the payment to be made through NEFT. But YES Tag tries to send payment using IMPS which fails because MMID is not correct. Using the same beneficiary from the Yes Bank app works fine for online transfer of money. What am I doing wrong?

Trying to install on my Samsung phone. Installed but unable to register. Always says no Internet connection, check and try again later. If no interner/data, how I was able to download it from Playstore?

Hashtag banking doesn't means that you have to perform it from the device in which app is installed. How can Yes Bank claim to be new age digital banker?

Useless app.. it is not working at the time when required even at 4g speed

Most of the people use whatsapp now a days. Please add it. Secondly, I am only able to do fund transfer only to yes bank account. How can I do imps?

Incredible that a New age bank has come up with such a complicated Stupid App! What is it that they are trying to prove? That there are umpteen ways to make customers banking experience lousy? Whoever came up with this idea needs his ar** spanked...

**Update ** May 17 I had to enter the given number with +91 prefix to find and search in messeger. Nothingh happens though when I enter the code in my messenger chat window after adding YesTag as my contact.App Seems to be working ok on Twitter. **Update** May 16 Now I was able to register, as I got OTP on my registered international number. But not able to add/search the contact (YesTag) on my messenger app. I tried searching with the number and also with the 'YesTag' name. ************************************** Being an NRI, I am not able to register on this APP. I did not receive sms after entering my customer ID. Although I do get OTP's etc on my registered international number.

If all your apps are not suitable for NRIs then why you guys send SMS to us to download. Didn't got verification code after entering cust ID

Don't waste your time.It wont register at all.

Please make sure this facility is also for NRIs. Or Atleast dont waste our time by sending such info.

I got a message with a transaction password instead of OTP. This app should not have been deployed without proper testing.

After months of follow up finally got the app installed and working fine. Thanks yes bank. I am an NRI and it is working for me .

OTP issue was resolved, and registration was easy. Yet to try out all the features. Rating will be updated once done. The idea is novel, and a bold step in digital innovation.

no use for NRIs. OTP doesn't come to the foreign mobile number.

One of the useless banking app i have ever seen...slows down your phone and even some times hungs your phone.

Loved the Telegram and Facebook Messenger in-app facility to transfer funds. I almost always go to Yes Tag to check my balance. Great App! Keep it up Yes Bank.

Every time its shows conectivity error "check your interner conection"

I wanted a cheque book and was informed by the customer support that I could request it through Yes Tag. Installed, requested and received in 3 days. Thanks Yes Bank!

The concept is new & refreshing. But app seems to be not ready yet. I tried it for mini statement and balance. It gave mini statement in one attempt but couldn't give balance even after many attempts.

I love the way menu pops up on sending chat to Yes Tag bot. Very unique and simple to use. No hassle of remembering syntax as the case other similar solutions. Highly impressed.

I think yes bank doesnt care about NRIs.. no application working from Abroad.. come on we are in 2016..

This new app is great and innovative. I have few suggestions. When we ask for mini statement, with the transactions, we should be able to see the balance also. And I have one saving and one current account. Both these accounts have the same mobile number attached with them. In this case, I can only use this app for one account. Please make some improvements, so that I can use this app for more than one account having the same mobile number.

It's absolutely new concept. Activation was a bit tricky but once done it's v easy to use. Gud job YES BANK with this one.

There are many banks but one bank really committed for excellent and exceptional customer service...yes..its Yes bank... Good innovation friends...done a great job...keep it high and up...
